Dear Sir, We are very blessed to be your preferred choice of hotel in Dhaka. We are happy to see you have loved our breakfast every morning and also the services rendered by our staffs. We are not sure what went wrong on floor 19, but I will personally look into the case to ensure whichever issues have caused inconvenience is provided with corrective measures. As you have seen we have introduced two completely brand new restaurants on ground floor and level 2, an all day buffet restaurant and a mid range fine dining respectively. 酒店很好找，地理位置很棒，就在达卡老城区中心位置，可以步行到很多地方看下。早餐很棒，每天都有点不一样，品种很丰富，有个奶香甜品非常好吃。工作人员态度很好。房间楼层较高，基本没被大街的噪声吵到。

Dear Sir, Thank you for making us your preferred choice. We are happy to see we have done an all around great work to provide you with a remarkable experience, we are happy to see our ever changing buffet breakfast have left you with a great impression and so did our top rated location of 8.3/10. As you found out, the high rise nature of the building and reinforced glass insulates from the outside noise. Our staffs are our heart of the property, they are what truly makes us different than other hotel in Dhaka. I will review the AC noise issue which you've mention and I humbly apologize for that. And as for hot water, there was no reason for it to be unavailable during the first day, I found out, that the hot water switch was off in your room, and that is why you couldn't get any hot water on your first night. And upon informing us of the hot water not being available, we showed you the hot water switch in your room, which right away fixed the issue. We need ID from the both the guests, we only accept passport, NID or driver's license. Our check-in time is 2 PM, but early check-in is available free of charge if room is available. Generally we can allow free check-in for Deluxe Twin or Royal Suite, as we have a lot of those two type of rooms.
And as for price, we do not sell our room by the hour Sir, even if you stay for an hour or an entire day, whole day rent is applicable. Thank you.
Conditions to use our room facility are mentioned below. We don't ask for marriage certificate, just the below two criteria needs to be met.
1. Age requirement
Guests must be 18 years old or above
2. ID requirements
Both guest must present valid ID during check-in: we require either a passport, NID or a drivers license. We don't accept university ID or birth certificate.
So, to answer your question Sir, yes you can check-in with your partner, even if you're not married.
Our check-in time is 2:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 pm the next day. But you can check-in early at 10 am, subject to availability. But if you want 100% guaranteed early check-in at 10 am free of charge, we recommend Royal Suite Room, as we have 14 of Suite rooms and only 7 Deluxe Double. Thank you.
PS, any check-in before 10 am, our software automatically adds a charge.
