最恶心的酒店、服务态度最恶劣，又淫乱！好像又是，老子现在没有护照，没有签证！这个破订房app已经连续4次了，加上以前的那些事情！

Dear chang1231, At the highly standardized hotel, it is strongly requested that all guests who come for check-in to bring along their passport or national identification card, and that is for one of the good reasons, safety and security of all guests. When travelling from one country to another, passport is crucial for the travelers. While having not charged you for the last-minute cancellation, the hotel also took pain to lose revenue because there was no replacement of the booking. We hope you could understand the truth and we look forward to personally welcoming you again in the future so that we could explain more in details. The Management

这是一间位于136街的新酒店，酒店位于市中心，离河流约140米。房间很明亮，有不错的无线网络。早餐时间是6-10点半，有当地的食物可供选择，煮鸡蛋，新鲜的法国面包，无限的茶和咖啡。屋顶有一个大的游泳池，可以看到河上的美景，酒店底层是一个高端的水疗中心，有健身房和桑拿。对客人很友好，一定要确保你预订的是两位成人的价格。

我们先是在这里入住了3天，然后假期结束时又住了2天，完美奢华的酒店带来纯粹的享受体验。酒店服务人员友善而乐于助人，尤其要提到嘟嘟车司机John非常出色，他推荐并引领着我们游遍了好多地方，让人特别满意，他还能说一口流利的英语，强烈推荐大家来此入住时去联系他。总之，这是一次完美的入住体验。

Dear patrick c Thank you so much for your amazing review. To hear from our guests such a compliment means a lot to us. We surely will share your special recognition to TUK TUK driver John which did a great job. Although the TUK TUK drivers do not officially belong to SUN & MOON team, we fully support the local community and provide them with non branded T-Shirts and support in upgrading of their own TUK TUKs . We train them English and support in training to the team to learn about international guests. Thank you for your comments about our friendly and helpful teams. Breakfast is about USD 12 …I never had the breakfast there though if it’s anything like the rest of the food at the hotel it should be good.
YEs we do have public computer stations apple computer which can be used by our guests to research.
