餐品的质量特别好。菜式种类也是惊人的丰富：本土的、中国的和欧洲大陆的东西都有。我特别喜欢羊肉咖喱饭。烤胸鸡配糖醋鱼也不错。

我出差了3天2夜，并在我们代理的挑选下入住这家酒店。该酒店有良好的评价，优良的服务，免费早餐和机场接送服务。在我逗留期间，一切都很好。 但是，在预订过程中，我已告知我提早到达的情况，并要求早上办理入住手续，因为我将在第三天提早退房。旅馆确认了，但是在我到达后，完成所有流程并用一定金额冻结了我的信用卡后，接待员拒绝给我分配任何房间，因为直到下午都没有空房。我争论的点在于为什么要冻结我的信用卡，然后拒绝提供任何房间！我不得不升级！除此之外，第二天，我早上8点离开我的房间，要求补房，而在我晚上12点回来时，房间没有补！我认为酒店总体上还是不错的，但是员工和设施管理都需要改进。

Dear valued Guest, Thank you very much for the comments following your stay at the Islamabad Serena Hotel. I was pleased to read that your enjoyed the overall experience during your stay with us. Kindly be advised that we always do our very best to provide our guests with their room before the regular check should they arrive early in the morning to make their stay as comfortable as possible. In our correspondence related to your reservation, it was mentioned that the early check-in is subject to availability and that our standard check-in is at 2pm. The hotel being fully booked the night before, we were unable to provide this early check-in. I was sorry to read that your room was not cleaned upon you return at 12.00pm when you left it at 8am and please assured that the Head Housekeeper has been fully briefed to avoid such a mishap in the future. We are looking forward to welcoming you back soon when we shall demonstrate the quality service for which the Islamabad Serena Hotel is renowned world wide. With warmest regards, Michel A. 令人惊叹的酒店，非常安全的院子，有很多安保措施，酒店和房间干净整洁，工作人员随时可以满足你不管是大是小的需求。食物也很美味。他们的员工说英语和乌尔都语，所以我们没有任何语言障碍。我们下次来巴基斯坦时还会住在这家酒店，我绝对推荐这家酒店。

2019年8月再次入住。我在网上预订的是行政大床房，标明应该有阳台，可以看到山或者湖的景色。然而我最终入住的房间没有阳台，只能看到小路和发电机。投诉之后，我搬到了有阳台的房间。必须提出异议，不能直接接受他们的安排。可以试试5楼偶数号的房间，可以欣赏到修剪过的花园。

However,I was glad to read that our Front Office Officer was able to find a room with a balcony which made your stay more comfortable. 酒店的工作人员们态度十分友好，乐于助人，不管什么请求他们都随时有求必应。酒店还提供很多免费的用，这一点让人很欣赏。其中还包括了日常水果篮，里面的芒果是我吃过最好吃的。迷你吧台有很多饮品，我入住时房费是包括早餐的，所以大多数时间我都会在吃早餐。但是在这两个星期的时间中，早餐只有一到两个菜品有所变化，所以越往后推我就越不怎么感兴趣。这里即使是点菜吃的那些东西，在不同的时候口味也很不一样，而且最近这种情况好像更严重了。酒店处处都充满了良好的氛围，特别是在用餐时间。酒店各项设施配备齐全，有面积超大的游泳池和健身房。唯一的问题就是会有蚊虫叮咬，因为蚊子的问题我有好几天都没有睡好觉。

Your remarks on the breakfast selection have been conveyed to the Food & Beverage Director for his review and action.
