因为种种原因我不得不在伊斯兰堡待一夜，我轻松地在Margala酒店订到了一间过夜的房间。我上次入住这家酒店大概是18或者19年前，这次当我入住后，我感到有些惊喜，因为这家酒店比过去改善了很多。房间真的很好，浴室也很干净，我一定会把Margala酒店推荐给别人！

我们从机场出来后等了超过45分钟。客房服务不太好。我们等了大约一个小时才收到一份简单的免费赠送的水果篮。酒店并没有桑拿、蒸汽浴、水疗服务。 网站上都是不真实的。

这是一个很赞的酒店，这里的前台工作人员非常有礼貌。这里的早餐也超级棒！我们以12800PRS的价格（含税）订了一间房间，位于旧翼区域，对于我们来说足够好了。我们从一楼可以看到很棒的花园的景色。我强烈推荐这家酒店，适合一家人居住！

我们在两个不同的场合住了两个晚上。我之前读过关于自来水的评论，但我们没有遇到这样的问题。我们发现房间非常舒适宽敞，食物令人满意，工作人员也很友好。我唯一想要的抱怨是，我打电话给前台寻求帮助，一共打了三次电话都没人来帮忙。当我走到前台进行投诉时，他们才立马赶来帮助我。我没有入住过伊斯兰堡的其他酒店，不能跟其他类似标准的酒店进行比较。

他们用矿泉水瓶装自来水。这让从美国来的志愿者医疗队感到胃部很不舒服。正因为如此，队员生了两天病。酒店经理甚至在我们拍下了他们在矿泉水瓶里注满自来水的照片后也否认了这一欺骗行为。酒店管理人员欺骗了顾客。

We have taken full note of Mr McLellan's experience and are instituting a full inquiry into the situation. Hotel Margala offers a trustworthy, reasonably priced stay in Islamabad and could not have built up its reputation if such practices were taking place unchecked. We have always offered a high standard of hygiene which has ensured that our many local and foreign guests return. To date a complaint of this nature has never been raised by a guest. We take these matters very seriously and will share our findings as soon as possible.
