酒店的卧室很脏。在我入住的5晚期间，他们从未很好的清理过。浴室的架子上有灰尘和头发，厕所颜色很深，淋浴没有被充分清理过。地毯和地板没有被吸过尘。我在床上发现了一只虫子，一只手就被咬了很多口。（酒店拒绝承认床上有臭虫）酒店到处都是脏的玻璃、餐具和餐巾。大厅里的椅子上满是面包屑。安全很差，门在安息日是打开的，酒店没有保安。

Dear AALL123 , Thank you for taking the time to post this important review. We take very seriously every comment, and we checked your room right after your complaint, carpet to ceiling, and found no evidence of bed bugs. including pest control inspection . our rooms cleaned on a daily basis and on a highest standards . 我和女儿去耶路撒冷旅行，在这里住了1个晚上。我挑选了这家酒店，因为这里一方面离Ben Yehuda 和Jaffa街很近，而且步行就能到老城区的Jaffa Gate。房间装饰得不错，床铺很舒服，淋浴很棒（雨淋）。前台非常友好，乐于助人。自助早餐非常棒，有很多新鲜的食物。

我出去旅游的时候，我的iPad被人从房间里偷走了。我向接待处报告了。她派人上去把房间翻了一遍都没有找到iPad。我非常震惊和心烦。接待人员漠不关心。我第二天去退房并且确认了我的邮箱地址。酒店方面没有任何消息，直到我回美国后给他们发邮件。甚至没有人承认这件事的发生。然后我收到一封电子邮件，说酒店员工没有人拿走我的iPad。我无法接受!我百分之百确定iPad是被一个有房间钥匙的人从我的房间拿走的。旅馆阴暗，接待很不友好，令人不快。别住在这里!除此之外，这里几乎没有什么家具。壁橱里放着冰箱，它会往外散热，这样衣服就会变热。吊杆这么高，根本不可能使用。真是可怕的酒店!

Dear Caren, We would like first to share with you the loss of your device, we truly understand that the semantic value of that contents of such device way exceeds the monetary value. We are surprised from the contents of your post that images the management as careless, and our employees as thieves, which is unacceptable. We were in touch with you the whole time, we made a thorough investigation to the personal that entered and cleaned the room, we reviewed our surveillance cameras to see if anybody entered the room, and revised the log of the electronic keys to see if any person had entered the room, but all the results that we got are negative, and you have been informed about all of that. Through talking with you, you had informed us that you have other more valuable items in your room, like gifts, laptops, etc.. we wonder if there is a thief among us, why he hadn't stole them too. We urged you to double check your luggage, or try to remember if you missed placed somewhere during your trip, but you never got any feedback from you. Finally, we are proud about our staff, and the degree of professionally and honesty. We never had such an incident of theft in our hotel, and we always try to satisfy the needs of our guest and not to deprive them from their belongings. best regards

Yes, absolutely, the hotel can arrange that. Please ask for a baby cot that in your reservation.

I used an app called easy co il. It's in Hebrew and English, but it shows you the restaurants near you. It's similar to Yelp, but I was able to find many places close by open during Shabbat. I used it all over when we were traveling. I'd also check with the hotel, there were families there all having dinner together on their hotel floor lobby.
