We are very easy-going travellers and it would take a lot for me to write up a bad review for any accomodation or restaurants, as who doesn't want to enjoy a vacation?
BUT THIS BY FAR WAS THE MOST USELESS, UNCOMFORTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL stay we have ever been on.
We arrived late at night and given whatsapp instructions on how to let ourselves in - once in the room, we discover it is absolutely filthy and has not been cleaned at all following previous guests.
1 pillow had even been taken leaving us with 1 pillow between the two of us!!??
The wifi provided did not work and so to even contact the hosts we had to use very expensive data roaming to call them.
No answer!
When they finally did answer, we were told no one would come and to "just go across the road to the (more expensive) other hotel and book a room there" !!!??
We advised we did not have the money to simply arrive at that hotel with no booking and spend way more money than we had with no reimbursement.
We were forced to stay at WeTour with no sheets, no towels, no wifi, no toilet paper, rubbish in the room from a previous occupant and then the company refused to reimburse us.
Sleeping without a pillow was incredibly uncomfortable.
They also did not mention the extreme construction (demolition works) occurring next door.
After no refund or reimbursement at all, we followed it up with Booking.com who managed to get 80% off the first night only. Better than nothing but honestly I can't believe they made us pay for the room at all if they were only too happy for us simply to go to another hotel.
In summary - not worth the headache whilst you should be enjoying your time in amazing Jerusalem!!

Appartamento con differenti camere. Noi siamo in tre e abbiamo due camere, una separata e l'altra in ingresso. Per il prezzo e per una notte è stato un buon affare. Lasciavano un po' a desiderare le pulizie, lenzuola e asciugamano puliti, bagno troppo piccolo. Zona molto centrale e pieno di negozi e locali.
