We used the ride share app called Taxify its now called Bolt. I do not remember the exact price however it was much cheaper than getting an Uber in most major cities. There is a train available but it has a limited schedule. We did not try to figure out the bus system. There are two types of taxis available. Official taxis and unofficial taxis. Obviously I only recommend taking an official taxi. However official taxis are quite expensive compared to using Bolt. I would try to set up your account before you arrive in Tbilisi as I had difficulty confirming the credit card as the credit card company thought the charges were fraudulent. Although I had an international plan though my American cell phone carrier. It did not work despite it should have been supported in Georgia. I would recommend getting a local sim card. They can be installed in any "unlocked" phone and are a reasonable price. Please note when inserting a new sim card you will be assigned a different phone number until you switch the sim cards back. Also note WiFi at Tbilisi airport doesn't work well in the arrivals hall. Walk to the departures hall and it works much better. Lastly kindly note that there will be multiple individuals that will approach you in the arrivals hall asking if you need a taxi. They are most likely unofficial taxis. Tbilisi is a great city and you will absolutely love it.

Персонал отеля хорошо говорит на русском. Им можно позвонить. Стандартные номера очень маленькие. Меня они разочаровали. Возможно там будетя, вам мало места. 12-10 метров квадратных площадь номера.
