Dear JimmyCheung999, Thank you very much for your friendly feedback after your recent stay with us. I am, however, very sorry to see that you had a number of items during your visit that you were not particularly happy about, and I would like to apologize for that. However, I'd like to clarify a few things such as the guest elevator and USB plug particularly. Our hotel building is a multi-use building, hence we put so much work into the guest security issue and every guest is unable to access the room directly from the basement parking lot and shopping mall. Also, we have four USB ports and multi chargers on the phone in the room. It means that guests are able to charge five electric devices at the same time. In relation to the in-room experience, I would like to offer my most sincere apology for all the inconveniences you have encountered and definitely will be addressing the shortfall in service experience during our daily meeting.
