位置是真的不错的，紧邻尼罗河，对面就是埃及博物馆，楼下就是go bus的车站。但是也是因为位置太好，所以非常吵闹，即使住在26层也能听到楼下车来车往的声音。酒店升级很大方，只是升级的套房有点一言难尽，户型极其扭曲。酒店已经开了很多年了，装修非常老派，但是也能感受到一颗年轻的心，超大的液晶电视，咖啡机，蓝牙音箱，新酒店能用上的东西，尽量都给你塞进来。

非常不错的标准外的希尔顿，这里就像屏蔽干扰的结界，温柔的尼罗河畔港湾。虽然此次旅行是会议出行，但能让我更贴切地感受酒店的服务（毕竟不用跑很远）。酒店温度控制灵敏（比隔壁的17度强太多）。酒店员工热情周到，服务水平极佳，我的希尔顿会籍第一次感受到收到如此的优待和重视，以至于我随行的学生也体验到了酒店的慷慨并深深种草。唯一的瑕疵是电梯有点老，但酒店在安装新的了，另外泳池有点小（开罗这都这样）。楼顶的Opia很棒。An exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I stepped into the lobby/lounge, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for a memorable stay.
The hotel staff went above and beyond to make me feel right at home. Their attentive and friendly service made me feel like a valued guest, and I truly appreciated their dedication to ensuring my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
The guest rooms at the Ramses Hilton were not only impeccably clean but also incredibly comfortable. The bed was like a cloud, providing a perfect night's sleep after a long day of conference. The attention to detail in room service and housekeeping was evident, and it greatly enhanced my overall experience.
As a Hilton Honors member, I was pleasantly surprised by the unprecedented level of attention my membership received. It's clear that the Ramses Hilton Hotel values its loyal customers, and this made me feel appreciated and valued as a guest.
If I were to mention a minor flaw during my stay, it would be that some of the elevators seemed a bit dated. However, I was informed that the hotel is in the process of installing new ones, which shows their commitment to continuously improving their facilities.
Last, I would like to say a BIG THANK YOU to all stuffs (Hadeer, Nawaa, Heba, Akram, Yesser, Hamed, and other colleagues). You made a fantastic Cairo dream for me.

酒店位于开罗较热闹的地段，但周边较脏，交通繁忙。到店提供饮料。电梯较慢。面对尼罗河的房间景观很好。打扫很干净，衣服也整理好。但设施老旧，插座位置不合理。地毯角落有灰。泳池说是六点关闭，五点多去就说已经关了，以太阳下山为准。健身房有一些设备可以锻炼。大厅服务人员主动询问需要什么帮助。

There are two executive lounges at the Ramses Hilton. One is for families with children and the other is the adult lounge. If you have access to these lounges they offer refreshments and beverages throughout the day. The adult lounge offers hot appetizers and beer and wine for a designated time.
Executive floor check in is on Level 29. You can bypass the reception in the lobby and take the elevator directly to the 29th Floor where the check in desk is at the entrance to the Executive Lounge
