酒店喜爱点评
工作人员真的很好， 酒店很干净， 设施很齐全， 尤其是Mohamed Rizk 显示很友好， 酒店有游泳池， 早餐很丰富， 唯一的缺点就是感觉酒店比较远，可能是新市区的原因吧

在开罗很不错的酒店，食物不错。设施和服务都很不错。酒店层层安检也很安全，酒店设施很齐全，有健身房和游泳池，有些房间的还能看到金字塔，酒店位于新吉萨地区，周围都比较新,也很安全。酒店服务人员特别热情、孩子们很喜欢。感谢Hossam、Madonna Osma、Mohamed Rizk和Hany的热情服务！

Because I am a globalist member of Hyatt, and the HR Cairo West is the only one in Egypt now. The food is good, and the service is beyond the level. Thanks so much for the restaurant staff Mohamed Rizk. 关键也配合提供了多种饮食，让顾客的选择相对较多。服务很及时，餐食也比较新鲜。由于环球客的原因，选择这家酒店。午餐的汉堡和意面味道也不错哦。

Had a room with a view of the pyramids but did not have a balcony. Not aware of any rooms with a balcony. Hotel is not within the city limits and will need a taxi or Uber.
I never had the chance to do it. But it says in their webpage that they do.
It's dependent on which package you will take.
You can book bed only or bed and breakfast
