Base-Wangfujing is conveniently located in downtown Beijing. It's a 5-8 minute walk to the National Art Museum subway (Line 8). It is located in the Qianling Hutong area. There's a market nearby (5 minute walk), selling pastries, cold meat cuts, dumplings etc. Restaurants are nearby as well. If you like to walk, you can easily get to Wangfujing Street and Palace Museum (walking time 30 minutes - 1 hour). We booked the Boutique Queen room. It comes with a double bed, a couch and a small kitchenette with a microwave, stove and fridge. There's a washing machine too. The bathroom is spacious, with a heating system to keep the room warm on winter night. In the basement area, there's a lounge with a pool table, gym and a huge kitchen (great for group cooking). You get free ground coffee from a machine as well. The staff are polite and helpful. Overall, it was a great stay.
This is very good for a longer stay. They are serviced apartments up to three bedrooms. Each apartment has a small kitchenette. This has a single induction hob, microwave, sink, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and washing machine. There is also a large basement area with a communal kitchen, gym and lounge with a pool table. The kitchen has a (free) bean to cup coffee machine and a vending fridge. It has ovens fridges and hobs. Service is excellent and the apartment was spotlessly clean. The only downside is there were no cooking pans etc in the kitchenette but a few in the communal kitchen. It's a 10 minute walk to 2 subway stations and a large supermarket. There are many restaurants nearby. It's about a 20 minute walk to the main centre. It's convenient for the motorway that leads to the new Daxing airport. Recommended for a longer stay.
