作为常住客人,我已把这酒店当做第二家。原因: - 从礼宾开始到餐厅到housekeeping, 每时每刻都会感受到优越的服务。每位员工都努力的提供良好的服务力求满足客户。 - 最近我入院两次。出院后我最担心的是我每天的膳食及其他需求。酒店的Angela, 餐饮部的Carmen, 营销部的Derek 及他们所属的部门同事都给了我许多照顾和关怀。我深切感觉到他们就像我家人在无微不至的照顾着你。 - 这些人员也提供同样的服务给每一位酒店的客人。 恭喜酒店管理层,您们拥有一支非常优越的团队。 再次,我由衷感谢上述员工。也祝福你们和家人健康! Being a long stay guest, I treat this as my 2nd home for simple reasons: - the outstanding and excellent services u receive right from the Concierge to housekeeping to Marco cafe. All the staff mentioned take the extra mile to look after the needs of the guests - as an expat living alone here, I went through 2 occasions where I was hospitalized. After discharging, I was in need on my daily meals and admin. Angela/office, Carmen/F&B, Tony/Concierge and all their staff took real good care of me as if I am their family members. Derek/Sales as well. They took extra miles to make me feel so so touched and that had made my family members (not in HK) less worries about my well being. - I see consistency in their excellent services to all and every guests in hotel, not just to long stay guests. I congratulate the management for having such a great team providing excellent services to the guests. They have made the hotel proud. I want to express my heartfelt thank you again to all members mentioned here. Stay healthy as we are still in COVID and I wish all of you/family well. Cheers…
挺好 虚心使人进步 骄傲使人落后 贵酒店的格局很大 这也是我感到宾至如归的感觉的原因之一 很高兴能在香港遇见你们 我会在下一次拜访的时候再次选择贵酒店
我是这家酒店的二十多年老客人,基本上来香港就把这里当作家了。可能是因为疫情,服务人员少了很多,连行李生和doorman都不见了。服务质量也有所下降。但总体而言,如果不与以前相比,它依然是一个很不错的酒店。
从地理位置和服务人员的态度来说,是比较好的体验。但是有几个问题:1)房间内的设施比较老,期待可以更新(比如电视机画质很差);2)在吃早餐的时候,发现有一些盘子并没有清洗干净;3)下午茶在房间享用,但是没有人来收餐具。晚上7点打电话给餐饮服务部,结果收到回复说“因为正在晚餐时间,所以没空来收”。最后只能够自己把很重的盘子放到门口;4)游泳池周一到周四不开放,这一点并没有在网站上写清楚。
疫情下的好去处,价钱适合大部份香港人的消费;亦可支持香港的经济体,酒店地点极佳可以前往任何的商场和景区,酒店住宿时间可廷长致下午才退房方便客人四处游玩。
