We greatly value your feedback and we were very concerned to read your comment as we all as the picture, for we aim to always exceed our guest expectations and clearly from your review we did not do so on your last visit.This issue was addressed with the manager responsible for our engineering and facility department and the problem was rectified right away. 第一次商务住这间酒店，一入到房间实在觉得十分惊讶，房间实在是非常大，特别是双人床十分舒服，一上床马上可以入睡，房间空调非常强劲，温度十分低，尽管旁边有控制器可调校温度，但对于房间内的温度似乎没有任何影响，但对于一向喜欢房间寒冷感觉的我，十分适合，酒店内有好几间质素十分之高的餐厅可供选择，今次我选了ORIENT8，提供泰国和越南菜式的自助餐，餐点质素相当优质，用餐环境优雅，值得推荐👍

这家酒店里面的健身课程十分有趣和有益，Ridwan教练非常擅长教学!!教室也很大👍👍👍。下次再来这里的住的时候，我还会加入这里的健身课，并且希望教练还是Ridwan🙂。

里德万（Ridwan）教练真的很好，很专业！！！！我们参加HIIT课程进行锻炼，教练的指导非常明确和专业。穆丽雅酒店的环境真的很豪华，非常适合情侣度假。我还会再来的！

Yes the access to hotel is not strictly limited only to guest. Visitor can visit, just tell the guard that they're going to lunch there or else 👍
