very good!虽然硬件有点老了，但服务非常不错。对面就是citymall，买东西和快餐特别方便。里面的保安都特别和气。早餐很一般，这是美中不足的，但因为房间价格优惠，所以也还过得去。一天有三班shuttle bus去S2，错过了，就得自己去大门打车。长滩饮食真的很一般，这可能是整个菲律宾旅游的问题。但我还是很爱菲律宾，因为自然环境真的特别优美。我已经走遍了整个菲律宾。离上一次来长滩已经整整10年，变的干净了。

4.原以为有私人沙滩是个优点，结果是恶梦！我及家人在沙滩被sandfly咬到满脚都是肿包，又痒又痛，回国后就医吃药擦药了一个多月还没完全好，沙子不算细，想下水浮潜却又没有提供足够的救生衣，洗手间要爬到最上面Infinity pool 旁厕所，很臭。
5. Infinity pool在整修，Ventana pool 的水超脏，脏到恶到不可思议！小孩都不敢下水游泳，Atlantis pool/ Laguna pool/ cabana pool / lucia pool整体较佳，尤其是cabana pool / lucia pool 这2个泳池我们几乎是包场在玩。

The covid19 crisis has brought about difficulties in our operations, but management is doing everything in its power to keep its impact to guest at a minimum. Likewise, the restoration works ongoing at the resort is part of our continues efforts to deliver bigger and better facilities and attractions for all our guests. Villa 6 is the furthest from said construction works within the cluster, thus most guests were situated there to ensure their comfort. Be assured that the issues you have brought forward regarding your room has been brought up with the concerned departments for review and action. Likewise we are earnestly looking into your feedback regarding our swimming pools, as standard practice, our pools are cleaned and ph levels are checked daily. Moreover, our private beach is cleaned and combed several times a day to maintain cleanliness and to ensure guest safety. Nonetheless, we have medical staff ready to assist guests in case of any eventualities. We hope you were able to seek their assistance during your stay. We would like to assure you that all guest are treated and valued equally regardless of nationality or origin. We are dismayed that you felt otherwise.
