这家酒店就位于海滩的中心地带,而且也在地铁站的附近。酒店非常的干净,而且这里的员工都很好,酒店的房间非常的大,里面打扫的很干净,房间里面虽然有一些蚊子,房间里面有空调。酒店的附近还有很多家的餐馆,这里的海景很不错,还能看得见漂亮的泳池。酒店的早餐很简单,虽然有一点贵,但是简单就好。

我们在这家海滨酒店度过了4天的时光。非常棒。工作人员很有礼貌,乐于助人。房间充满活力,保持清洁。每天在每个房间都慷慨地提供瓶装水、茶、咖啡和化妆品。它有很强的网络连接,如果你需要在假期工作的话,那就非常好了。我的孩子们喜欢在游泳池里游泳,尤其是在晚上。颜色的变化很吸引人。热闹的夜晚,有火舞表演。在屋顶的早餐很好,有很多品种。物有所值,我们还会再来的!

位置很好,可是,长滩岛就这么大,走走都到,我觉得这个最中心的位置没有什么太大的优势。这个酒店,设施及其糟糕,如果你是无论有什么声音都可以睡着的人,我的评论没有太大的作用,但如果是正常睡眠的人,你会觉得自己睡在发动机上。最最恶劣的是,接待员的态度。应该是manager吧,我和她投诉了空调太吵的问题,想要个耳塞,她说我是第一个说空调很吵的顾客,而且态度极其恶劣。其实就是欺负住酒店的基本都是中国人和韩国人,英语不好呗,难得来个会跟她投诉的人她还拽上天了。还有WiFi基本连不上。反正我奉劝各位国人,为了自己的旅途是一个快乐不糟心的旅途,还是选个其他的酒店吧,我因

这次旅行选择上城饭店觉得很值得,尤其是泳池我超级喜欢,上城饭店有两个泳池,我都觉得很满意,景观很好也很干净。上城饭店一出去就是沙滩也有饭店专属的沙滩椅还可以免费借毛巾觉得很贴心。

Are you opening 26th october?
Hi I was wondering if 4 adults and 2 eight yr old kids can allow to fit into 1 room with 2 queen beds??
The rooms my family stayed in would not accommodate that size of a party. But, the hotel may have larger more accommodating rooms. You may want to check with them directly.

Not one to usually take the time to complain about things but I really feel that you should hear of my experience. i checked in your place 1st March with my family. I have read about a lot of good comments of your resort, I have even booked a Suite although it was quite costy. My family was excited to stay with you to enjoy the holidays. Sadly it fell apart after we checked in one of Suite. The floor was extremely dirty and musty. I couldn't believe that it was a CLEAN room to sell your customers. In addition we have noticed so many mosquitoes in the room, my sun's got bitten by 3 mosquitoes in a few mins. I immediately called Housekeeping to clean and spray the room thoroughly. Housekeeping staff came and spray the areas but they suggested to change a room. Your staff showed me the room right next to my Suite but I don't think moving to another room doesn't prevent a bunch of mosquitos coming from the old room. I have discussed with my family and decided to check our as we didn't want to spend more time fighting with insects and dirtiness. I spoke to reception to check out and asked for a refund but they said No. They kept saying to change to another room. I didn't want to argue further wasting my valuable time so I just left without any compensation. I lost my $650 within 2hours. Later I had to spend half of my day to find another accommodation. This is certainly not my responsibility who made your customer walk out because of your house condition. I felt you never cleaned the floor and never conducted a regular pest control. It would be really appreciated if your general manager contact me through my email how will you compensate my unpleasant experience. Looking forward to your response. Regards, Juha Lee
