食物味道很好，特别是新加坡当地的美食，特别推荐肉骨茶，海南鸡饭，新加坡叼沙，炒饭都可以试试，其中penny服务很周到，餐厅环境也不错。

I'm sorry I can't help you on the question of half board. I've never heard of that option.
A travel agent may be able to assist you.

Prestige Family Suite is recommended for your family size. It comes with a living room with sofa bed and separate bedroom. Whereas Prestige Suite may not be able to accommodate 4 persons comfortably. Hope this helps.
Hi just to clarify, it's not the cable cars. It's the Sentosa Monorail or Sentosa Express. This monorail is more convenient way to travel around Sentosa. The cable cars are a different thing altogether, it's a ride mainly to enjoy the views, not to get around Sentosa.
For more info, search Getting Around Sentosa. For reference, Universal Studios is at Resorts World Station and Sofitel Sentosa is near Tanjong Beach.
I think you might be able to get more help if you could give a ring to the hotel directly to get help with the reservation as the online room options might not always be the best fit for your needs. I had some trouble understanding the online room descriptions as well when I was booking so called the hotel directly and they were great in explaining the options and room configurations to me.
