Very nice service, especially Mr. Parthipan, very kindly and cleans the room excellent. 酒店地点很好，楼下就是很多餐馆，也很安静。房间服务也非常好，Mr. Parthipan是个不错的服务生，客气，打扫卖力！隔天打扫一次

因为工作的关系在年初入住了这间小而美的公寓, 后来因为疫情需要一直在家办公, 家人无法过来新加坡, 而我也无法回家团聚, 一个人在这里过著奇妙的独居生活... 还好在这段时间里有许多来自公寓员工们温馨的问候, 特别是Ricok, Keith和Chan三人, 短暂的谈天带给我如家人般的关心与交流, 谢谢你们! 希望疫情能早点过去, 未来有机会再带着家人回新加坡游玩和找你们~

入住已是凌晨，前台工作人员非常nice的迎接我们入住，房间很大，厨房设施，洗衣用品很齐全。酒店地理位置很赞，走路到富康宁地铁5分钟，地铁对面liang court里 有24小时餐饮和一家大的日本超市。让我们很感动的是酒店的工作人员态度非常好，餐厅的Ivan,每天和我们热情打招呼、送小朋友小礼物。特别感谢housekeeper Parthipan 让房间一尘不染，送了小朋友美味的一罐圣诞糖果，给我们的新加坡之旅画上了圆满的句号，下次一定还会来新加坡，一定再入住Village residence Robertson quay.

一家人刚来新加坡，在这个陌生的国家住进了温馨的village。每个人给我们的感觉都很亲切，有一种宾至如归的感觉。 有爱心的女前台，虽然不太会中文，但总是用微笑和糖果接待我的女儿。让我们觉得即使语言不通也倍感温暖。 每天早晨都会在餐厅碰到Ivan。依然记得第一次看到他，他的细心服务让我感受到坡国的热情！当天我还对我老公说，中国真得好好学学新加坡的服务业。在后面日复一日的接触中，渐渐把他当成朋友，他会给你很多建议和帮助，对于初来乍到的我们，真的是受益良多！尤其对我女儿特别好，直到离开几天后，我女儿还会经常把Ivan.叔叔挂在嘴边。 每隔一天，林女士会来帮我们打扫房间，她对待工作特别认真，每次房间都打扫得特别干净。对我们也很热情，告诉我们哪里的菜买来好吃等等，最后离开的那天，她还给我女儿送了一份小小的礼物，给了我们一个大大的拥抱。那一刻，真的觉得他们就像家人！ 感谢你们！
