我们九月的时候在这住了一晚，酒店又旧、又脏，一整晚都听见施工的噪音。我打给前台反映，他们说午夜就会停。但是并没有，我们早上5点离开时都还有，而且越来越糟糕。我们跟前台的先生说我们几乎一夜未眠，他回复说“可不是嘛”。从入住到退房，客户服务要么没有要么很粗鲁。虽然booking网上清楚列明只有酒店可以更改住房预订，我们对此还是很有意见。不会再来这住了，也绝对不会向别人推荐这家酒店。

Dear Roland, Thank you for taking the time to evaluate us. I would like to start by apologizing for your bad experience with us. We were as surprised as you were with the noises you experienced this date. The noises were coming from a building right next to the building where the hotel is located and it was an unauthorized construction from an office building. That night, the receptionist called the police but when they came to check the noise the workers inside the building could not hear the police outside. We had to wait until the next morning to complain with the authorities and have the problem solved. We are very sorry for this inconvenience and I can assure you we will work with the authorities to prevent this problem for happening again. We hope you understand we did our best to solve this problem, unfortunately we could not provide and immediate solution. Kind regards, Federico

酒店位于步行街的四楼，所以如果你叫出租车，你就得在楼下的人行道上等候，如果你在四楼，你根本不知道出租车在不在。电梯只到四楼，因此在我们的房间在五楼的情况下，我们不得不在楼梯上把沉重的行李拉上来。工作人员没有帮忙拿行李。房间很旧，淋浴排水很慢，早餐也不诱人。即使便宜，我也不会再呆在这里了。

Santa Lucia是一个很体面的酒店，位于圣地亚哥的中心，这个地段非常有趣。短短步行的距离，你可以享受街道、广场上出色的街头音乐家的表演，离博物馆和政府也不远。我们四处都走了走，很享受这趟旅程。早餐很不错，员工也很友好。

Prezada Mônica, muito obrigado por nos escrever e por nos escolher para sua estadia em Santiago. Sim, preparamos um pequeno-almoço embalado para os nossos hóspedes quando fazem um passeio muito cedo e têm o pequeno-almoço incluído na tarifa.
