在这呆了几天。房间的大小很好，浴室有很好的柜台空间。床很硬，我们的房间在16层，景色很好。房间有一股怪味道，早餐样式很多，很新鲜。无线网络覆盖，也好用。

Dear Mr. Richard, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us; we are glad to hear that you enjoyed overall your time in our Hotel; about the smell of your room, we would liked to know of you remember what room you stayed in in order to find out specifically inconvenience and give it an immediate solution. On the other hand, we like you to know that we are able to find a solution to bring you more comfort about the beds in the room, you would only have to let us know in advance so we could met your expectations in the future. Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to write us about your experience with us, we are happy to hear that our locations resulted to be very convenient for your activities in the city and that you enjoyed the attentive hospitality from our staff. About the variety of the menu, we appreciate your observation and will take it under consideration for a future design; although, if you have an specific desire or taste, please let us know on your future visit and we will see to met your expectations and likes if it is not on the menu. 一个16层，住1003房间：可以打开窗户看风景，有迷你小吧台，安全，空调，写字桌，便利的奥特莱斯，有USB充电口。三张床，尺寸正好。健身房不错，24小时营业，spa。早餐极其丰盛：很多水果，包括很多进口水果，煎蛋，炒蛋，按要求立即烹饪，咖啡喝卡布基诺咖啡机。这里还有凌晨早餐，每天凌晨2:30至6:00，有咖啡，牛角包，水果。还有慵懒的周日早餐。员工非常有礼貌，尽自己最大的努力帮助任何要求，例如帮忙叫出租车。

很舒适适合工作，房间干净安静，有足够的空间和良好的视野。服务员给予极好的帮助。有两件事需要改进的…在晚上冰箱的声音可以减少，收音机可以使用蓝牙技术。

我很喜欢住在这家酒店。很棒的服务。很好的位置。很好的的设施。房间也不错。我不得不在基多待一天。我在这里待了一整天。房间很宽敞，装修很现代，简单大方。我拥有我需要的一切。我打电话说我需要熨斗，几分钟就送过来了。他们帮我做了一些事，关于我的航班，购物和其他需求。强烈推荐它。

Thank you for contacting us.
The rate for the transfer in from the airport is 30.00 usd. up to 3 people, if you would like to add this service to the hotel bill, you will be charged this cost plus 12% of tax. In order to arrange the transportation we will need you to contact us directly to our hotel´s email and provide your flight details (airline - flight number - date - time of arrival) as well as a credit card information (number - expiration date - security digits) for us to warranty the car service.
