10月9号，我们住在这里，我们2点30分左右到达了酒店。尽管官方规定的登记时间是下午2点，但是我们到达时，我们的房间还没有准备好。我们不得不等到下午3点20才能入住。而且酒店的员工居然连一句抱歉都没有说。我们入住的那间房间里没有毛巾。房间的装潢十分陈旧。酒店没有电梯，因此，如果你住在三楼，你不得不自己把行李搬上去。这是我们最后一次住在纳迪美居酒店。

Dear 891JonN, The Mercure Nadi Hotel is indeed dated and has a lot of memories. We are working at Refreshing our standard rooms and this will begin at the end of November 2019. 这是一家很棒的酒店，也靠近相当多的设施和餐厅。工作人员非常友好，乐于助人。这里唯一的缺点是毛巾。我们的毛巾是从房间里拿出来的，当我们去游泳池的时候，他们也没有毛巾。所以游完泳后，我们基本上没什么可用的了。不得不请客房服务员帮忙，他们很快就给我们找了几条毛巾。除此之外，这是一次很棒的住宿。

这家酒店的客房服务人员在我们的整个住宿期间都是没有为我们更换带有褐色污渍的床单的，也没有为我们放置任何毛巾，只是为我们铺了一个破旧的床垫，以及很硬且很平的小枕头而已。这里所提供的早餐是冷且无味的。这家酒店也是没有可调的空调的，冷风是直接吹在我们的头上的。这里的工作人员的服务态度是我最难以忍受的，另外这边也是没有足够的热水的。 还有，我们不得不自己搬着行李走上三楼。

一分钱一分货。我们发现这家酒店位于主干道上的一个合适的地方，周围有很多印度餐馆可供就餐。接待人员不太热情，但是还可以。自助早餐非常棒，我很惊讶看到有这么多素食供应。至少4-5道热菜，包括烤肉, 2-3道咖喱，还有很多水果和沙拉。客房服务员也很好。房间很小，但还可以。空调很干净并且运转得很好。旅行社的服务台很特别，我们通过他们预订了我们的南海接送服务。游泳池看起来过时了，我们从来没有用过。总体来说，酒店不错。机场提供免费接送服务。

我唯一要说的负面评价是，我看着清理泳池的人用一根铝加长杆清理游泳池，当杆的一端在水里的时候，另一端撞上了游泳池上方240伏的彩灯，虽然灯还是亮着的，当时泳池里也没有人，但是我不想看到漏电的事情发生。我把这件事告诉了工作人员，但不确定他们是否理解了这件事的后果。

Hi I have been to Nandi 3 times in the last couple of months and found the staff to be great, if you greet them first ! with a Bulla I find it is a help.
As we are also club members I stayed twice at the Mercure and once went up market at the Pullman so if your not happy that may be a option.
Yes there is a pick if you organise with the hotel & they are at airport arrivals. Also Airport Taxi to the hotel is FJD12.00
They do offer free wifi but its a bit sporadic and you have to get a wifi password every day.
You are sending this to the wrong person. I reviewed my terrible stay here I am not the hotel. I hope you are not staying at tge Mecure for long it is dire
