2019年10月，我作为旅行团的一员住在这里。酒店可以步行前往市中心、商店、景点等等地方。酒店供应的早餐很不错。我在房间里喝了茶/咖啡。前台工作人员非常乐于助人。机场班车需要30库纳或5欧元，30分钟可以到达。有轨电车很便宜，四处逛逛也很方便。

威斯汀泽格布酒店位于距离萨格勒布老城步行约15分钟的地方。当我们到达的时候，我们的房间还没有准备好，但是工作人员把我们的行李放好，给了我们一张地图告诉我们怎么去老城区。当我们从老城区散步回来的时候，我们的房间还没有准备好，但是工作人员很快打了电话，发现另一个房间已经准备好了。房间里有一张舒适的大床，房间里有一个保险柜，还有一件舒适的睡袍，可以看到城市的美景。早餐很好吃，自助餐也很美味。工作人员很友好，很热情的服务。

我现在跟团去克罗地亚旅游，最后一站是Zagreb Westin，我们是两个高年级女生，他们只给了我们一张床。回到接待处，他们给了我们一张可翻转的床。我朋友6英尺高，她睡觉时不得不把脚耸拉在滚轴上。床垫很舒服但一晚上耸拉着脚不舒服。他们道歉给了蛋白杏仁饼干和牙签扎着的干果，没有多少补偿。我永远不会推荐这家旅馆，它又破又旧。破旧的家具，椅子上的裂缝，床脚的长凳上的污渍，不好。对于一场精彩的克罗地亚之旅不是一个好的结局，我不希望这作为我在克罗地亚最后的经历。

食物很不错，员工乐于助人，但房间陈旧，暗沉的装饰地毯很不搭而且很多地方都翘起来了。浴室门关不起来，墙上有很多之前的住客留下的划痕。需要重新装修房间。肯定不值五星。

Your feedback has been noted and I would like to mention that renovations have already been done to the ground floor and the 17th floor. We plan to continue to improve in the future. 早餐区和接待处都很好。我们住在9楼，每次进电梯时电梯都会震动，这太可怕了，房间的装饰很陈旧，大厅的一层地毯都被掀起来并拉长，就像它们需要重新铺设一样。有轨电车到酒店很方便。早餐还可以。

Please wear masks in all common areas in the hotel. Guests have access to restaurant Kaptol and Diana bar where you can take off your mask while seated to consume food and drinks. To enter the hotel, restaurant and bar proof of vaccination or covid test is not needed. But such proof will be needed to enter the country. You can fine all the up to date information on the official government site
