忘掉酒店名字里的“艺术”这两个字吧。还就没见过哪里有艺术。这是一家河边的价格合理的旅馆。离市中心有点远，但出租车很便宜。你必须在餐厅里单独付早餐，而不是按照西方标准。相对于房价，你付出的价格相对较高。最好选个在河边带个阳台的房间。尤其是在夏天，真的很好。这家酒吧纯粹是一家夜总会，就像这家餐厅不属于那家酒店一样。进去了，但很快就走了。这个房间很特别，达到了西方标准的空调。迷你酒吧和客房服务非常便宜。浴室就像小船上的浴室。在夏天天气好的时候，推荐在河边有阳台的房间。

We appreciate your positive comments, your feedback is very important to us as we are always striving to achieve the highest standards to exceed your expectations. It’s pleasant to hear you enjoyed exciting river view, but also we want to highlight that there are many art photographs of famous ukrainian photographer, and all decorations in our hotel were designed by designer, by the way many Ukrainian creative person's stay in our hotel, such as singers, artists, actors… that’s why it is called art-hotel. 在这家酒店住了一晚上，真的觉得很惊讶，这家酒店的地理位置很棒，景色也很棒。酒店的房间很现代化也很干净。如果要说酒店有什么缺点的话，那就是这里噪音太大了，不过我还是很享受这一次的居住体验的。很推荐。

酒店在第聂伯河的一条船上，感觉就像在游轮上一样。河景房非常浪漫，有一个水上的小露台。房间很宽敞，家具齐全。服务不错，早餐很棒，你可以在露台上享用。餐厅不便宜但是味道很好。女服务员英语并不好，但是她们很尽力。

在Bakkara酒店过得非常愉快！食物有了很大的改善，这是一个很棒的惊喜。房间干净整洁，洗衣房一尘不染，酒店还为我们提供了免费的机场接送服务。非常感谢酒店门房人员，给我打扫房间的清洁人员还有洗衣房的工作人员。对帮我解决其他问题的人们给予最大的感谢。

We have a Jacuzzi in Suit Room; in Deluxe Room we have a shower tube.
Dear guest, as we are on an island we have non restaurant around so you need to take a taxi to the city centre or a metro.
I actually heard conversations, but I don't know if they were talking loudly or not 😂
Try and ring them and offer prepayment over the phone
They speak good English
