我们在这家旅馆住了3晚，这是我们第一次来基辅。接待人员都很专业，但不是很友好。房间很小，但浴缸很舒服。这水有一种奇怪的黄色，虽然看起来很干净。所处位置有其利弊：酒店面临的一个大超市，非常方便，但是你要走10分钟达到shuliavska地铁站前往主要旅游地点。此外，早餐不在所包括的价格内，因此降低了我们的评级。

接待人员不是很友好，房间不大。窗外的景色很糟糕。我们只住了1晚，对这家酒店不能说太多。但不管怎样，它看起来像个好地方。不知道我会不会回来，因为在这个地方附近有很多更好的酒店。

在一些偏僻的地方，你会发现酒店不错，但服务糟糕。这里潜力不错，但有待提高。接待员不友好，房间还行，不过不够干净，他们宣称是四星级酒店，但没有客房服务，午餐的食物我们等了足有一小时。这里自成风格，内部一切都是灰与黑，还有一些工业艺术的漂亮图片。一些人可能会喜欢它。然而，如果你的预算有2000~3000乌克兰里弗纳，那么最好去靠近市中心的其他地方，因为这片地区以及去地铁的路上似乎并不安全。

It is a pity to us to learn that you remained unsatisfied stay in our hotel and found our services unworthy. Please, accept our sincere apologies for the possible inconveniences with our staff and long waiting for your food. Only recently our hotel entered room service for the guest's convenience and, unconditionally, it still needs a global improvement. Also, we have own unique hotel's design with a fascinating art exhibition on each floor. Every day, our team works on increasing the level of comfort and quality of our hotel. The satisfaction of our guests is above all. Cosmopolite family hope for your second visit that we could convince you of the staff professionalism and the comfort of accommodation. 2017年5月我在世界酒店住了8个晚上。酒店装修非常时髦，装饰雅致，房间非常舒适，所有预期的设施都有。早饭很丰盛，巴伐利亚的餐馆也很好，有很好吃的食物和啤酒。价格非常合理。所有员工都很热心，很友好，而且英语说得很好。地点可能不像其他地方那么方便，离地铁站大约有7分钟步行(或12分钟散步)的距离，20分钟内就可以到达市中心。强烈推荐。

有一家不错的酿酒餐厅。房间并不突出，但很好。标准客房很小。一切都很干净。早餐很好。也与欧洲标准有关。附近有许多酒吧和餐馆。在同样的地方，电影院和购物中心也一样。会再回来。
