You will not be able to open the window. It’s a fairly noisy area of the city. I’m not sure you would be happy with the volume of noise. Breakfast is approximately $18USD. It’s a great breakfast with a custom omelet station, fresh juices, fruits, etc. People complain about the price bring a little high, but it’s only a little high for Kiev. The hotel is actually a ten minute walk from the 80,000 seat Olympic Stadium. It’s noisy and busy around the stadium but there aren’t a lot of people walking around the outside of the hotel. Just vehicle traffic. I’d definitely stay here again for $100/night. Uber rides from this hotel to the City center are always around $5-$7. Kiev is much cheaper than Des Moines or Sioux Falls near you.

Drop the hotel an email requesting Airport transfers and they will arrange everything, I use this service every time I go over to Kiev Hope this helps - Steve
