This review is written by a travel consultant with 4 years of experience, so honesty and transparency is 100% guaranteed. The hotel staff, room, and location went above and beyond my expectations. The view of the sea is spectacular!! and the room is sparkling clean.. It is safe to say that everything about this hotel is nothing but PERFECT! I stayed there for 2 nights, and on the night of my first night, Ms. Amal called me and told me that the owner would like to give us a complimentary breakfast the next day at Cafe De La Paix. Sadly I got really really sick because of some bad food I ate at Skyroof restaurant the previous day.. so unfortunately I missed the breakfast and went to the hospital. After I came back, Ms. Amal came to my room to check on me and gave me and my mom complimentary kettle, tea, coffee, and a bowl of all kinds of healthy nuts to help me recover. The level of hospitality at this property makes you feel at home ❤ This was my first time, but definitely not the last. I don't think any other hotel in Alexandria can exceed my expectations like this one ❤…
