Also we were extremely happy that you liked the location, the breakfast, the staff, the restaurant, the coffee and Alexandria itself. 比较老的酒店，有点特色，位置很好，早餐也不错，就是服务太差，从前台到早餐厅引座员到礼宾，态度都很差……唯一服务好点的是早餐厅的服务员包括那几个厨师！

I would like to sincerely thank you for sharing your feedback about your recent visit. To receive such praise from our guests’ is very gratifying and knowing that you enjoyed your stay is a reward in itself. On the other hand, we regret that your stay was not 100% satisfactory due to the inconveniences you have mentioned, I would like to confirm to you that all the mentioned points were taken seriously & enough action was initiated. Nohil Gafer先生一旦得知我的预订房间是通过Booking.com预订的，拒绝给我换个房间（我的房间位置不好，位于建筑物的一侧，靠近其它建筑）。 房间非常黑暗，有两个非常狭窄的单人床和质朴的家具。 他立即指责Booking.com，即使我告诉他，我是以前来过的客人，他也不想听。 当然，酒店的位置不错，但现在不友善的经理让酒店变糟了。

酒店在风景优美的历史位置，位于市中心的交通在工作日很繁忙，但它在夜间也更加平静。办理入住手续很快，员工也很乐于助人。我想去屋顶上的中餐馆吃饭，但晚上10点关门了。

这个地方很有特色。房间一般，但是所有东西功能齐全，并且干净整洁。早饭很棒，有新鲜的果汁，卡布奇诺，甚至有土耳其咖啡，员工都很乐于助人，打扮整洁并且很专业。门口有点暗，但是也还好。我喜欢这里复古的风格，这里的地理位置也很好。
