It was a wonderful experience staying at the hotel. The rooms were neat and clean, and the service was excellent and competent. They were always accessible if you needed assistance. The hotel is in a fantastic location close to a large shopping centre and some of the greatest restaurants.

Cant fault this place. 1st time staying here. Rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast was great. Staff were amazing. From the doorman to the reception, the housekeeping to management. All were very polite and sterling. Hotel was opposite a shopping centre and a stones throw from Zainab Market. Great location for shopping.

We booked our rooms in advance but when we arrived we were given a different room! The service wasn’t great. The staff are not friendly at all! Had a very bad experience where the glass door broke while in the shower. They weren’t very helpful.. and mentioned they use low quality glass and that it’s ok that it happened.
Super dusty. Bad hygiene from housekeeping.
Would not recommend at all!

We stayed in this hotel for 6 nights. We enjoyed every minute of it. Close to shopping centre, very neat hotel, well decorated,and of course the friendly staff who go out of their way to help you and make you feel home. We stayed in room 409 and one person in particular was the lady who made our room (Rabia) was excellent to us.
My wife always said she is so nice. May Allah bless her.
Both Breakfast and diner was good and had lots of choices and diner was very reasonably priced too. We will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Karachi. Our contact was Ambreen (WhatsApp +92 333 2224765) , who was so efficient in organising a room for us

Highly recommend hotel for family, business and solo. The hotel was really clean and the staff were friendly. Would like to thank the staff especially Zeeshan and Iqbal who took care of me as it was my first time ever visit to Karachi. Hoping to see you guys soon.
