We had a delightful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, surrounded by a variety of shops, providing great convenience.
The hotel manager Bird and restaurant manger Loran and other staffs are all very nice. They were considerate and demonstrated an impressive understanding of guests' needs.

You won’t see much from the balcony, as the trees block any detail, and it is dark.
There are 4 rooms (from memory)in the old ice cream building, and these are the only rooms with a balcony that overlooks the street.
Do not accept a room on the other side of the street, as the shared balcony does not overlook the street and there is no privacy. For example, If there are children staying on that side, then you will have them playing on the balcony outside your room.

First we would like to thank you for your interest about our hotel. All our rooms have only bathtub but no walk shower. In Luang Prabang we have our sister hotel the Sofitel Luang Prabang, each suite of the Sofitel have bathub and a walk shower.
