Great front desk service Very attentive and helpful Staffs in both morning and night shifts Everyone is so friendly and welcoming the guests Very well management. They will try their best ro resolve the existing problems for us We enjoyed our stay House keeping is very hard working and attentive.
I would like to express my special gratitude to Mr. Sachin Harrison in resolving our issue of extending the stay at the Skylark Hotel on the eve of New Year on December 30, when we decided to stay at this hotel for the New Year, when there are simply no available rooms on the booking !!! But Mr. Sachin not only found us a hotel room, but left us in the same room where we stayed and I also want to note the friendliness of the staff and the reception who solves issues here and now without leaving the counter Особую признательность хочу выразить мистеру Sachin Harrison в решении нашего вопроса о продлении проживания в отеле Skylark в предверии Нового года 30 декабря, когда мы решили остаться в этом отеле на Новый Год , когда свободных номеров на букинге просто нет!!! Но мистер Sachin не просто нашёл нам номер в отеле, а оставил нас в том же номере где мы проживали и так же хочу отметить приветливость персонала и ресепшен который решает вопросы здесь и сейчас не отходя от стойки…
Really bad attitude. We live in the UK both have English accents and called up to inquire about parking charges as we were booked to stay in a few weeks for two weeks. The person who picked up started saying to wife he doesn't understand her English accent. My wife calmly asked for someone she could speak to who understands English. The guy in English says well he can't help her and put down the phone! I called back, asked to speak to the manager "Fatima" who didn't apologise, was adamant it wasn't rude. Not sure how that wasnt rude, to speak to your potential customers in this manner ? After some back and forth she still refused to apologise. We subsequently cancelled our booking and would advise others to stay away from this place and their rude staff.
Hotel is nice. Close to property. But the service is so-so. 1. Housekeeping: We asked for an extra towel. We know that you provide 2 towels per room. When we asked for an extra towel, instead of giving us immediately, they said they were pretty sure that they already provided us. We know that but we wanted to ask for extra towels. 3. Reception: The lady at the reception wanted to hold the ID of my visitor until she leaves even if they were able to scan the ID. I believe there's no need to hold a personal ID anymore once they had the details of my visitor :)
