Hi, I am so sorry… I have just seen this message. They do have connecting rooms available. Its like a little corridor and then you have your 2 individual rooms.but, you can lock the main door, so only You have access to both rooms.. amazing hotel. Defintly recommend it

Hello, the hotel has a children pool facility adjacent to the adults pool. Currently there are no Kids club facility but there one in pipeline to be ready in a few months. There are no separate kids room, we do however offer extra bed options, cribs depending on the age and comfort of the child.

I am afraid no, the check in time is 3pm and check out time is 12pm. However hotel offers a flexibility on early check in and/ or late check out based on availability

The service there is top-notch, and I’m sure if you’re staying with them and your room isn’t ready, they’ll let you use the pool! You don’t need a key to access the pool. They go above and beyond to make your stay perfect—trust me! I recommend asking for Hussein, who is at the Rayna travel desk at the hotel every day. He’s a godsend. We used them for all our excursions, and he was literally our personal assistant at no extra cost! It’s amazing there—I can’t say enough. I’ve traveled the world, and the customer service at the Downtown Palace tops it all.
