酒店整洁，本地工作人员很有礼貌，和蔼可亲。有一名可能是酒店工作人员（看到其出入酒店办公区域）和他的朋友在就餐的时候非常吵闹，全是哈哈哈哈哈哈之类的，没完没了，简直把酒店当成自己家了。The hotel is clean and tidy, and the native staff of Benin are polite. Bad points: There is a photographer and his friends, in total two men and two women, speaking English, may be the hotel staff (because I saw him enter the hotel office area). There is no doubt that it is a very unsuitable thing for hotel staff to regard their place of work as their own home. If someone need to be the most noisy table (just can’t stop their “hahahahahahahahahahaha” very loudly or “no wayyyyyyyy~~~” or “reaaaaaaaly”) in the restaurant at the time of dining, maybe they should party in their own home. Maybe some people think that the hotel's customers need to tolerate them, but I can't agree with this. I will seriously consider whether to make a formal complaint.…

Dear LuisMaSD, Thank you for your review you shared with the community. I can only apologise for the noise done by other guests. I would like to confirm, that after investigation, they were clients and not team members of the hotel. They were happy because it was the end of an important event held in Cotonou. My recommendation on this occasion is to ask the restaurant manager to take the nessassary action to ensure you have an excellent experience, meanning asking for the noise level to be reduce. It is totally normal. In the meantime, I will talk to my team, as it is their mission to ensure that all customers are having a good time and they should taken preventine actions and asked for the noise to be reduced.
