酒店并没有想像中那么大，但设计很好，很细致，很喜欢每个房间的窗台也有一张小床。早餐的选择很丰富，而且他们和TukTuk司机有一些合作，去大部分地区也只需要2美元。

Dear JohnnySzr, Thank you so much for staying with us recently and share your great experience on trip advisor.com about stay. By the way, It was great to hearing that you love our hotel design, the bay window and breakfast, which made your stay exceeded your expectation. On behalf of the entire team of the resort, i would like to thanks for your kind support to our Sarai family. As may already knew that Sarai is a business hotel but it is also a charitable hotel due to the revenues that we made every month are generated to support to local communities and charities such as water filter system, building and its maintenance etc… ( as per poster placed in our hotel lobby about Sarai CSR) and we also support to 3 other nonprofit schools in Siem Reap city such as one kindergarten named as RAINBOW SCHOOL, one primary school named as NIBC (New International Builder Community) these two schools are for young local students at the country side and one more academic institute named as NIBI (New International Bethany Institute) this institute is offered the full scholarship to every adult learners not only Cambodian but also from South East Asia such as this year we’ve got some students from Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar and Thailand. Once again, thank you so much for helping our Sarai family on this contribution by staying with us while visited Siem Reap, Cambodia. We do hope you will be back to visit Siem Reap and stay with us again as your home away from home in the near future. Best regards, Meas Bunrong Room Division Manager

员工超级友善、乐于助人。服务十分热情，并且能解决我们遇到的各种问题。泳池棒极了，很适合休闲、很清凉。泳池边的服务也很棒。如果我再来暹粒的话，我绝对会再入住这家的。强烈推荐。

2019年3月，我在萨莱度假村住了两晚。这维护得很好的度假胜地的服务很棒。我的房间可以俯瞰着游泳池。游泳池区域很棒。有非常阿拉伯式的设计和感觉。暹粒可能会有点混乱，经过一天的观光，回到这片绿洲才是极好的。我正在计划另一次亚洲东南部之旅并返回暹粒。我会住在萨莱度假村的。

美丽的游泳池，令人觉得迷人和令人放松的，酒店有干净的房间和舒适的床。有很好的自助早餐，品种多样，酒店位置离市中心不远，步行距离不近，与我以前在柬埔寨住过的其他地方相比，服务很一般，有点令人失望。

在这里住了两晚，整个体验还是挺满意的。早餐很好，尤其是面条汤和鸡肉粥。工作人员都很好，尤其是阿克塞尔，他总是很好，对我们要求的每一个问题，总是很耐心而且都做的很周到。当我们出发去机场时，茉莉微笑着送我们上车，司机大卫也很友善地回答我们所有的问题。总的来说，这是一个令人满意的住宿体验，推荐这家酒店给大家。
