I have never feel so disappointed to St. Regis before, and this is the first time and I will never trust St. Regis service and security anymore. First of all, I arrived to the front desk at 3:30 in the morning. The front desk servicer was so nice and helping me to take my 28kg suitcase to my room. Which is the only time I can feel St. Regis lever service in this whole experience, after that was full of disappointed. At 10:30AM Hotel staff knocked the door swiped the card in to the room, and walked through the personal bedroom without permission! Not the living room! Straightaway to my person bedroom! I have stayed this hotel for many time and it never happened before! After complained, Duty Manager apologized to me and offer me 20% discount and $100 F&B coupon per day for my next two nights. And I accept that apologized. But after that more things happened. At dinner time I was busy at my room, I order in room dinning service from the hotel phone. By the time I realized my food is still not arrived. It was after 3hours. And I call them again they apologized their mistake and offer me free dinner……ok I accepted it again. But when I ready going to shower, I realize my money has been stolen from my luggage!? I lost 250RMB!? My luggage was locked until I arrived to the hotel! I can not believe that someone has walked in my room and steal my money from my luggage in St. Regis hotel!!! This is not acceptable! And St.Regis service was top off the 5stars hotel! And my money has been stolen in the hotel!? When we check out, hotel apologized what we lost, and returned one night fee for us. But I feel so disappointed. I’m Marriott platium member I expected St.Regis’s service and security should be top of 5stars hotel. But what happened in this 2 nights make me so disappointed and I will not come back anymore. P.S: I had spend so many nights with Marriott group to get platinum membership because I was trust SPG service and benefits. But right now I feel Marriott membership service was worse than IHG nonmembership service。我从来没有对瑞吉酒店感到如此失望,这是第一次,我再也不会相信瑞吉酒店的服务和安保了。 首先,我在凌晨3:30到达前台。前台服务人员非常友好,帮我把28公斤的行李搬到我的房间。这是我唯一一次感受到瑞吉酒店的服务,在那之后我很失望。 上午10:30酒店工作人员敲门,刷卡进入房间,未经允许擅自进入私人卧室!不是客厅!马上去我的卧室!我已经在这家酒店住了很多次了,以前从来没有发生过这样的事情! 在被投诉后,值班经理向我道歉,并在接下来的两个晚上给我打八折和每天100美元的餐饮优惠券。我接受你的道歉 但在那之后,更多的事情发生了。 晚饭的时候,我在房间里忙着,我用酒店的电话订了客房用餐服务。等我意识到我的菜还没上来。3个小时后。我再次打电话给他们,他们道歉,并提供免费晚餐......好吧,我再次接受了。 但是当我准备洗澡的时候,我发现我的钱从我的行李里被偷了!?我失去了250元!我的行李一直锁着直到我到达旅馆!我不敢相信有人走进我的房间,偷走了我在瑞吉酒店行李里的钱!!这是不可接受的!瑞吉的服务是五星级酒店中最好的!我的钱在酒店被偷了!? 当我们退房时,酒店向我们道歉,并退还了我们一晚的费用。但是我感到很失望。我是万豪白金会员,我以为瑞吉的服务和安全应该是五星级酒店的顶级。但是这两个晚上发生的事情让我很失望,我不会再回来了。 另外:由于我对SPG的服务和优惠非常信任,我在万豪集团度过了很多夜晚,并获得了白金会员资格。但现在我觉得万豪的会员服务不如洲际酒店的非会员服务。…
碰上一点不幸中的小幸运,遇见瑞吉~刚进珠海半天遇上疫情,乐园餐饮都关闭了,也不敢到处走,还要做了核酸才能离开珠海。离疫情最近的一次,本来住旁边的喜来登,突然被告知要被政府用作隔离酒店,我们需要搬到旁边的瑞吉去。还有什么比这更惊吓的呢[捂脸]但酒店没有加收任何费用,要知道瑞吉的价格比喜来登多一倍,原来在喜来登赠送的下午茶,也在瑞吉换成了自助早餐,因为生日本来答应赠送的蛋糕,在我们办理入住后,推开门就看到了~很暖心呀!是万豪集团处理紧急问题做得好,还是珠海人民应变能力强,反正没有让我们异乡人觉得落魄,享受了很好的服务。酒店环境没得说了,高大上,说真的平时我是不舍得住的,基本价格在1500左右不含早。酒店大堂在43楼,前台背面对着无敌江景,气派异常,工作人员也不会因为是转过来的客人而区别对待,也会温馨提示哪边可以做核酸,拿房卡后哪边上房间。其实第一天来的时候就产生了好感,我们走错了入口,没找到喜来登同时又好急想上厕所,一楼工作人员马上指引了洗手间,也不会因为你不是住客而拒之门外。走的时候甚至最后回到家了,都还有回访,问入住感受,有没有什么意见之类。体验太好了,下次有机会还会再来的~谢谢所有的工作人员,感谢珠海人民[玫瑰]
俗語話,冬大過年,冬至晚上與家人一起選擇了宴庭中餐廳就餐。 Location:我們提早預留了窗邊位,可以在42樓的落地玻璃窗俯瞰對岸的澳門、港珠澳大橋、橫琴新區,餐廳廚窗裡還陳設了幾台中式縫紉機,頗有復古的感覺。 Menu:大廚的出品色香味俱全,前菜魚子醬云石山藥、黑松露醬菌香布袋-絕對是帶給你驚喜,造形美,味道甜、咸適中;松茸竹笙燉菜膽-美味鮮甜;黒松露鮑魚乳鴨-皮脆,肉鮮嫩,多汁(可提前在大眾點評預購,還有五折優惠喔)。 Service:從入座至結帳,服務都是很貼心、熱情,結帳後譚生還主動提出帶我們上頂層71樓義大利餐廳及69、68樓的網紅旋轉樓梯參觀。 Conclusion :酒店的服務及出品都堪稱一流,不愧是星級酒店的佼佼者。下次來珠海還會選擇這間酒店,也會將它推薦給朋友^_^ Miss Chau
