This stay was one of the worst experiences I have had at a hotel and will probably not stay at this hotel again. I was actually going to feature this hotel as my first hotel in Hainan China under a website I am creating , but not now. First of all, the air conditioner went out at around 1:30 a.m. so we called the front desk. However, 30 minutes later or so no one showed up so we called back and discovered the desk clerk did not write down our room number. They sent someone up about 15 minutes later and it was promptly fixed, but over all, I was awake for over an hour in the middle of night / morning when I should have been sleeping. The second let down was that I paid for two breakfast buffets online with our order, but they did not have a breakfast buffet the next morning. We paid 78 yuan each for the buffet and were only given coupons to use in the regular restaurant for 50 yuan each. That was 28 less than we paid per person and when I asked about the discrepancy the clerk just said this if our policy now. While a total of 56 yuan is not that substantial the point is that I was sold something that was not available and not refunded the difference which to me is unacceptable. So no, I will not recommend this hotel at all to anyone. They do deserve better than a 1, but 2 is adequate for this stay. However, this stay has wiped out the good memories of my first stay.…
离海边只有十米远,它是个新的酒店,房间的空间挺大的,装修也是新的,设施也是新的,而且这里有温泉海景。其次它的服务也很好,比如说需要什么他们都会帮助的。这里的交通也很好,就在滨海大道旁边,酒店里面也有花园。反正这里全部都很干净,很方便,空气也很好,很阳光,隔音效果也很好,也不吵也不闹,很安静。
