Очень средний отель. Персонал очень и очень плохо говорит на английском. Еда в отеле невкусная вообще! На завтрак не подают кофе ! Персонал совершенно не знает что есть рядом с отелем. Номер чистый. Большой.

应该是准五星的吧 赞一个客房，非常大，有阳台，浴缸和淋浴双系统，客房过道宽，还有一些娱乐设施，非常不错 关键是临海，又是朝西，所以这里的夕阳非常漂亮

I found the suite rather pricy but it was late at night and the exterior looked decent. The room may sufficiently large. The bed was comfortable by western standards (not like a slab of marble as usually encountered). The room was clean. The television was broken and would not turn on. I was very disappointed that the room did not have any towels in the bathroom. I did not complain as I had towels with me. The wall bracket in the shower that holds the shower head was broken and when the water was turned on it directed the water onto the ceiling. Removing the shower head and holding it got the water where I wanted it. The hot water was medium warm and needed no cold water for it to be comfortable. Needless to say, when next in Haikou I will find different lodging.

This hotel was disappointing as it was not as seen on the website. It is in a derelict area of the city, about 15 minute taxi ride away. 45 mins from airport. There are a few Chinese restaurants behind the hotel but the rest of the area is like a building site resulting in noise. There was only 1 English speaking member of staff. I had to change room as I was unable to get internet access, even though they brought up a connector. The rooms and hallways smell horrible. Lots of drunk Chinese men were staying there when I was there, not recommended for single female travelers. Breakfast was OK, but restaurant not open at this time.
