가족과 함께 하이난 자유여행, 첫날 머물렀던 Hyatt Regency Sanya Tianli Bay 시설물도 깨끗하고 모든 직원분들이 친절하셔서 또 방문하고 싶은 호텔입니다. 또한 Scott 님께서 체크인, 체크아웃을 도와 주시고, 객실도 높은 층으로 업그레이드 해주셔서 너무 감사했습니다.
This hotel sits on a sprawling piece of land with its own private beach. Many claimed that the location is far but hey, it's an oasis on its own, privacy, excellent amenities and walking distance (20mins) to Tianya Haijiao! Didi is readily available to go places and very affordable. I waited max 3 mins to go Sanya Romance Park and Nanshan Guanyin. I think, both around 45mins drive. From Sanya railway station, I think same too. There's free shuttle bus to Duty free. Phoenix Airport is just nearby. Location is perfect for me. Hotel is new and all are new and giving a luxurious feeling to guests. The moment you enter the hotel, you are greeted with awesome sea view. Room was superb and free daily mini bar. One intern Sanjita (from Nepal) was onsite and she tried her best to make overseas guests at home. Good job! Oh.. there's no convenience store or shopping area nearby so please be prepared.
a new hotel with fantastic infrastructure but mostly unexperienced staffing . very low level of english speaking ability and communication with non chinese speakers
Newer hotel close to airport in outskirt. Not much of anything else within 10 miles. Got room upgrade and used club access award. Great timely housekeeping when needed. Excellent service especially at club lounge. Violet was most helpful. Beautiful private beach and very clean.
