这家酒店坐落在卡塔赫纳海滩上，如果再去卡塔赫纳的话，除了这家酒店，我无法想象自己还会去其他地方。我丈夫说这是他住过的最好的旅馆之一，感觉就像是一个有很多屋顶泳池可供选择的度假村（这是我最喜欢的地方）。如果你有用Instagram，你一定会在这里拍摄Instagram。这里的设施很好，很干净，服务也很好。

让我好好讲讲这家酒店，我们在吃早餐的时候就遇到了问题，他们的收费比我们吃的食物价格要高。他们还想让我住在一间有特大号床的升级房间里，每晚需要多付100美元。第三天，酒店清洁人员没有给我们打扫房间，他们的借口是因为我们没有在门上挂“需要打扫”的标志，这种说法完全是假的。在两个酒吧里只能看一个电视节目。而且泳池酒吧里没有电视，真让人失望。另外在结账的时候，他们给我们开了4份自助早餐的账单，然而我们根本就没有吃。这家酒店有很棒的游泳池和健身房，但糟糕的服务掩盖了这些优点。我再也不会住在这家酒店了。

酒店位于卡塔赫纳海滩上，视野很好，在酒店里就能看到那些古老城市以及博卡格兰德海滩的美丽风景。酒店服务员非常友好，服务态度很热情积极，酒店很干净，人员配备都很齐全。酒店后面是一个超级市场，有很多杂货店还卖个人护理用品，以防你漏带了什么东西。另外，酒店旁边就有提供货币兑换和自动取款机，这真的是非常方便了！一走出酒店就能看到很多出租车，很方便。

我们升级到了套房，它包括了进入接待区的通道——这样一来我们每天晚上都可以在接待区快乐地玩上一个小时，每天早上都非常方便地吃上早餐。这里的工作人员特别好，景色也美极了。我整个假期都可以待在这个房间里，而且还过得开开心心的。

我和家人从2019年4月20日至25日（星期六至星期四）住在这里。在对这儿做了很多攻略之后，因为位置、迷人的无边泳池照片以及酒店的整体面貌，我决定预订这家凯悦酒店。我们没有失望。该酒店很华丽。您在这家酒店真的可以感受到豪华。高层也有公寓。我们选择了包含使用俱乐部客房的房间。我强烈推荐这里！俱乐部室在早上提供早餐，并全天提供小吃，这使我们感到满意。不利的一面是不允许您从俱乐部房间取走任何东西，所有东西都必须在其中消费。无边泳池真好。我们在泳池旁使用过小屋一两次。工作人员非常友善。餐厅和泳池酒吧的食物价格还不错。酒店一尘不染。我们有一间海景小型套房，其中包括两间客房，一间带独立淋浴的全套浴室，双洗手池，一间与淋浴分开的浴缸，两间洗手间（主洗手间1个，大厅内一个）、壁橱、一张大号床，一张͏沙发，两台电视。房间非常宽敞，可容纳3个成人和1个儿童。我绝对建议您住在这家凯悦酒店。凯悦真好！
