我在2019年7月入住了Steigenberger Al dau酒店，我们经常在暑假旅行，所以决定2019年9月底再次回到这里。我们在那里找到了需要的一切，所以不会换地方了。这是我们第六次来这里。从之前的评论可以看到，这家酒店是我们最喜欢的度假地点之一，也是唯一一个我可以想在埃及度假的地方。这里的位置、食物、服务都是一流的，尤其是员工的热情好客使这家酒店与众不同。我想感谢所有人，使我度过难忘的假期，我一定会回来。我将从总经理Klaus Reinwand先生开始，他非常专业和友好，也很有趣，工作非常出色。我有机会在招待回头客的晚宴上与他交谈。活动非常愉快，有美味的食物和肚皮舞表演。运营总监塔里克·埃尔·马斯里先生、副经理迪亚·阿里先生和晚间经理马哈茂德·艾哈迈德先生这三位都是非常专业、乐于助人和富有幽默感的人。前台领班萨达拉·萨阿德先生非常乐于助人，他总是面带微笑，心情愉快，关心客户的一切需求。他是其他员工如何对待客户的好榜样。特别感谢您给我们的建议。罗望子餐厅的食物非常美味，我们总是坐在成人区，早餐时，我们最喜欢的服务员是戴着眼镜的哈桑，晚餐时，他们提供周到的服务。我不会忘记来自厨房的厨师艾哈迈德，他对我们也很好。罗望子餐厅的服务员都很友善，当他们看到我的时候，他们问我为什么总是面带微笑，因为很开心。我看得出来，他们很重视回头客。关于员工的不专业行为，我只有一次不好的经历。就像我一开始说的，这是我在两个月内第二次访问Steigenberger al dau。这种情况在7月份出现，9月份也再次出现。这个人是戴眼镜的经理——Magdy——他真的不知道如何对待客户，他从来没有对我们说早上好，晚上好。他向所有人打招呼，除了我和我母亲。我真的不需要他的注意，但是因为他的不专业的行为，我们的假期更有趣了，我们总是对这种情况笑个不停。除了他以外，所有的经理都很友好和亲切地问候我们，祝我们有美好的一天，问我们假期过得怎么样等等。我也是一名经理，所以我知道如何对待客户，Magdy先生真的需要学习礼仪。海滩酒吧的员工也做得很好，特别感谢Schatzi Hussein和Mark的出色服务。动画师Bibo是一个有趣的人，他试着用斯洛伐克语和我们说话时，感觉很好。我不记得三个女孩的名字，但她们都很善良和友好。来自斯洛伐克的问候，很快会再来。

一个不错的酒店，服务周到，房间宽敞干净，要说什么是需要改进的，我觉得是这里的食物——口味偏欧洲风味而且没有芒果，没有芒果汁，想买都买不到。别的没有任何可以吐槽的地方，推荐这家酒店，五星+！

优秀的酒店……优点：一切都很好。组织良好……员工很有礼貌……每个地方都很豪华……你可以在一家日本、黎巴嫩，中国、法国这样的餐厅免费预订晚餐。缺点:有蚊子，特别是在日落时分的海滩上。我被咬了很多包，还很痒。应该能有一个解决方案的，比如大型户外电蚊设备。对于像斯泰根博格这样的大酒店来说，解决这个问题应该很简单。

在尼罗河沿岸观光两周后，这里是减压的最佳去处。这是一个庞大而繁忙的综合体，有特别多能做的事情。从这个意义上说，它有点像一艘陆地上的游轮。我们是来放松的，所以我们爱上了懒洋洋的河流和游泳池，在棕榈树的树荫下找了一个安静的地方，有两张舒适的躺椅，并在接下来的五天里把它作为我们的家。场地保养得很好，服务很出色，房间宽敞，床也很舒适，自助餐也很丰盛，尽管我们发现照菜单点菜的晚餐选择有点缺乏（见单独的门店评论）。客人大多是德国人，因此食物选择有时更倾向于德国人的口味。没什么大不了的，只是有一些有趣的食物（早餐有很多冷盘和奶酪），还有遗漏（早餐有华夫饼，但没有枫糖）。我特别要表扬管理层员工，他们的招聘过程和培训工作都做得很好！对于在酒店所得到的，我们发现很值。如果Al Dau离我们家更近，这绝对是我们经常去的度假胜地。
