Excellent stay with great staff

Excellent trip here! The room services is great! The food is good and price reasonable! Hotel officer are so kindly! Special thanks to Ms Jyotika and Prerona.They are very courteous.Jyotika made my stay comfortable.i’m Coming back next two weeks again.Thanks to all Ellaa team..would like to recommend this hotel to others also 这家酒店还不错，地理位置很好，很安静，环境优美，很多绿化！酒店服务也很不错，总是彬彬有礼！食物也不错

在9月和10月入住

早餐时间太晚了，但我们每天早晨7:30不得不离开酒店，所以没有完全准备好得早餐，自助餐提供的“欧陆式”东西可以多点，比如奶酪，冷盘，果酱， ....烤面包机不能用。对于一晚住宿还好，但是像我们这种情况，入住时间较长的必须改进。

很棒

时隔三年之后,我第二次入住该酒店。这次我发现这里的工作人员很友好。积极责任经理萨瓦尔巴厦先生人非常不错。他照顾到每位顾客的需求,确保所有客人舒适,他的员工们也非常有趣,而且只要顾客有需要他们随即就到。我在这里住了8天,自助早餐食物品种很多,而且味道好极了,还有自助午餐,自助晚餐,这些都是最好的酒店应该供应的。萨瓦尔巴厦先生以及其他所有人都做得很不错,继续保持。我亲眼所见并且亲身经历了当顾客有需求时,不管需求是大事小,责任经理萨瓦尔巴厦先生和他的人员们是怎样来照顾酒店的顾客的。我不得不祝贺该酒店管理部门有这么优秀的工作人员。

很棒的酒店，强烈推荐

很棒的酒店和好员工。所有前台人员总是面带笑容欢迎我们。埃尔卡（Elkaar）是海德拉巴最好的5星级酒店之一。感谢接待团队和Biplab先生（值班经理）。酒店设有漂亮的室内游泳池和多家餐厅，提供各种美食选择。
