整个酒店团队很热情， 非常专业，我们一家人住了30天，所有人都认识了我们。俱乐部的团队在Monisha的带领下为我们提供了非常多的帮助，感谢！ We stayed in this nice premise for over a month, the original plan was a week but Kochi and the whole team in the hotel was so professional and kind to my kids make our stay keep extending. The grand club is so well managed by Mornisha and I would like to special thank her and her team Arun, Namitha and Nasrat. The F&B team in Malabar is also super friendly to us. I have to mention their names Mari, Nishant, Aswini, Noor and Prabin. Also a young tall guy who wear glasses in the reception. Sorry to mention so many names cuz we stayed 30 days and everybody knows us.... There are two more things which need to be improved, the stylist in Tony n Guy in hotel was awful, ‘accidentally’ cut my boy’s ear without informing us. And the room door is so heavy and the suddenly speed up when closure almost cut my finger off. It can be solved but obviously nobody cares. …

如果你想找一个周末出门，那么柯钦这个天堂无疑是你最好的的选择。 我认为这里是喀拉拉邦最大的酒店，这里有宽敞的客房，令人惊叹的泰国和马拉巴尔餐厅，还有豪华酒吧（殖民时期的俱乐部），还有令人称赞的、带按摩浴缸的游泳池，以及这里也有喀拉拉邦最好的水疗中心之一，这家酒店是你游览喀拉拉邦的理想之选。 非常感谢你们让我在这里度过一个愉快的周末。♥️喜爱我在这里的每分每秒！

从我们登记入住到结账退房的住宿经历都非常愉快，客房一尘不染，提供的饭菜也很可口，酒店组织的文化活动和乘船之旅都非常棒！我们去喀拉拉邦旅行时最喜欢的就是这家酒店了。这家酒店距离机场挺远的，从机场到酒店花了我们一个小时的时间，但我们到达酒店的时候就感受到了一流的热情好客。酒店里面向大海的游泳池算是一个住宿的亮点，我们也非常感谢酒店提供的退房和离境礼物，也感谢在抵达酒店时送上的香料花环和椰子水。我个人强烈推荐这家酒店，真的物有所值，我当时入住的是118号房间。

我和家人在这里住了3个晚上，这真是太棒了。我们住进了会员俱乐部的客房，俱乐部是提供早餐和零食的。酒店房间真的很宽敞，一定要要一间面向泳池和湖边的房间哦。记得一定要要一间面向泳池和湖边的房间哦。
