这家酒店的氛围真是太棒了！酒店里播放着带有民族色彩的轻音乐，给焦特布尔的传统文化增添了色彩。后院的孔雀让这家酒店变得更加美丽。事实上，我已经再次预定好的房间，等到我下次从贾沙梅尔到斋浦尔的时候还会住在这里。

我昨天晚上入住的……我只是把自行车停在酒店的停车场……早上我仔细的检查了一下我的自行车，某人对我的自行车造成了严重的伤害……我不知道是谁干的，可能是酒店工作人员干的……这是我向总经理提出的谦卑的请求，请帮我调查一下这件事情，找出来是谁做的……

By the reading of your sharp post on TripAdvisor, it is evident that being as a well-traveller you understand hotel security & policies as well. Being well-traveled you would also know that in today’s era–it is highly unlikely that we have some particular interest to do so. It is our foremost duty to honor and safeguard our guest's safety. We can never shortcut it or allow for exceptions. You are disseminating incorrect advice on this forum. Kindly accept our sincerest apology for the inconvenience caused to you. 前台的工作人员给我们提供的WiFi信号很糟糕，我们是在早上九点退房的，然后在大堂逗留了一段时间，我们希望工作人员能为我们提供一个信号强一点的WiFi，但是工作人员拒绝了，我认为网络信号对房客们来说还是比较重要的。

Acepte mis sinceras disculpas por los inconvenientes causados, debido a que el servicio de Wi-Fi no se extendió después de la salida. Tenga la seguridad de que hemos hecho arreglos para proporcionar el servicio incluso después de la salida y hemos informado a los miembros del equipo para que sean más sensibles a tales solicitudes. 请在你们的停车场和接待区安装一些灯光设施，那里晚上很黑。请在任何客人来你们酒店的时候进行待客泊车，他们累了，而且自己停车对他们来说很不方便。

Please accept my sincere apologies for the delay in revert and the inconvenience caused during your stay. Please be assured, that we have already initiated the corrective action and the lighting has been fixed. Valet parking is already available during the day, however we are working on providing it during the late hours also. Hope that on other aspects, you had a comfortable stay with us.
