我很喜欢这家酒店。酒店很欢迎我们，这里有当地乐队演奏，办理入住的体验很不错，房间很奢华。房间也很宽敞，可以俯瞰游泳池，真的很不错。我入住了323房间，我很喜欢。

Dear Guest, Thanks a lot for choosing to stay with us and for taking out time to post your review on TripAdvisor. Our credo is Athithi Devo Bhava, which literally translates as "Guest is God", and honestly, I am truly delighted to note that my TEAM, stood up to your expectations. We take pride in our TEAM and their ability to execute with humility and yet being professional. Our award winning ESPA is definitely an outstanding experience of its own. Our therapists are extremely well trained and very professional. A small boat cruise on Lake Pichola to reach our Palace is indeed an incredible experience as it gives a brilliant insight to the history of the Mewar Dynasty and the Flora & Fauna of the Aravalli ranges. I must also add here that we have the largest room size in the luxury segment for most category of our rooms overlooking the pristine water of Pichola. Sheesh Mahal, our Indian Fine Dining Restaurant, perched on Lake Pichola under the stary skies is definitely a must do in our modern day Palace. Advance table reservations are always recommended as this is one of the most sought after dining destinations in Udaipur. We are committed to consistently providing warm, efficient and discrete service to our guests, so your appreciation and acknowledgement is our greatest reward! 我在乌代布尔利拉宫酒店的大湖景房住了3晚。酒店的理念是“顾客就是上帝”。员工带给顾客的充盈的美感令人沉醉其中，绝不是“某某之旅（experience）”这一个词能描述出来的。从抵达酒店时我便被员工们诚挚的问候包围住，迎接我的还有现场演出音乐和玫瑰花浴，直到我不得不带着一颗伤感的心离开的那一刻。一切都太神奇了。酒店历史悠久、纤尘不染，给人宫殿般的舒适感，如同置身于极乐的天堂。酒店管理与员工服务远远超出预期，这离不开酒店经理Rajesh Namby和驻店经理Prateek Swarup出色的领导力。Roshan从登岸码头那里乘船来接我，他向我讲述皮丘拉湖（Lake Pichola）的历史，贴心的服务足以证明他在酒店的工作阅历。前台的天使Gaurisa令人深受触动。出色的男管家Sunil精心为我服务，只要能让住宿更加完美，他能够满足任何要求。 客房服务很准时，Shyam做得也非常好，在我退房之前他的客房服务深得我心，比如打开窗帘，这样我就可以一边吃着我最喜欢的黄油番茄汤（Paneer Butter Masala）配烤饼（paratha），一边欣赏皮丘拉湖和城市宫殿的美景。有天早上浴室化妆镜上的灯坏了，我吃了早餐回来之后发现灯已经修好，房间也好好整理过了。他们对细微之处的用心程度对于酒店引以为豪的优质服务来说至关重要。我还会再来的，我喜欢这里的人、服务、奇妙的惊喜、地理位置、建筑和食物。我有没有提到人？我爱死这里的人了，希望几个月后回来时能再次爱上他们。

Dear Guest, Ohhhhh My God!!! Thanks a lot for choosing to stay with us and for taking out so much time to post your review on TripAdvisor. I remember meeting you just before your departure (which you did not want) and those tears rolling down your cheek meant the world to us. I always tell my team that, " we are humans serving humans and mistake are bound to happen" but our endeavour is always to ensure that the guests leave the hotel happy. In most cases we are successful and in some we drop the ball. I am so glad that in you loved our small little touch points with Gaurisha, Sunil, Shyam and Prateek. 这是有史以来见过的最棒的酒店。客房令人惊叹，从房间看风景也非常棒。食物很好吃。Sheesh Mahal餐厅是酒店最好的一部分，尤其是在黑色的夜空下用餐，可以欣赏到Pichola湖和城市宫殿的完美景色。最后但同样重要的是Ishan先生，他指导我酒店一切可用的东西怎么操作。谢谢Ishan先生让我的旅行是难忘的。
