very worst service, hair in food, dust in bed, bathroom is too dirty and bad smells
Absolutely horrendous experience at this hotel. The service was beyond disappointing. Upon arrival, we were met with rude and indifferent staff who seemed annoyed by our presence. Requests for basic amenities went ignored, and when we finally did receive them, they were delivered with an attitude. Overall, a complete waste of money and time. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this place at all costs."
