When I booked Marriott,as before due to great brand so it is, Fairfield kuta sunset road Marriott. Best Hotel in Bali and great 6 days here. wonderful Mornings with sunshine and BF in restaurant Ayuk Dewi ,Ketut Desi outstanding services. Front desk and Bell helpful agents with warm smile. Great Management. I love Bali, I love Marriott.

We had the wonderful chance to stay at Fairfield sunset road from 1 to 6, and was, as always, beyond pleased with the care provided. It would be rather cliché to bring up again how perfect the hotel itself is, as it is always the caring individuals who work at Marriott that elevate the entire experience from good to great and from satisfactory to beyond expectations. For the experience this time, I feel compelled to mention Wulan personally made sure my room arrangement was perfect, and everything right to the details. her efforts provide me with relief and convenience, countering the overwhelming workloads I had. she made it clear with actions and results that I was given attentions and being taken care of at their absolute best. MILLION thanks to Wulan. In addition, I would also like to bring up Christy,Kadek,Jay and Sam the room prepared and services they provided were A-MAZING! For the lack of details assessment on my end, I am not going to describe how visually appealing and atmospherically soothing the room was; everything together made it just home for me. It was also clear that they know me well (perhaps better than myself), and were able to cater to my needs and wants meticulously. Overall, genuine pleasure and thanks to the caring people. See you next time in the near future.
