The only thing that satisfied me was the rock theme. As a rock fan, I was looking forward to the stay. However, except the rock theme, nothing else was good. Room facilities are old and need refurbished. WiFi never works. Breakfast is average. Too many people, and too many kids. TV didn't work on the first day.
Kuta beach is dirty and crowded, which is unlike any beach i went to in the past. Overall, not recommended.

Dear Wanderer33526383744, I would like to thank you for being with us at the Hard Rock Hotel Bali on this trip. It has been a pleasure being with you. Appreciate the kind feedback overall. I am sorry to hear we did not meet your expectations and i do apologize for the shortcomings with the wifi as we have been facing some technical issues with the provider lately but now everything is sorted. Our rooms are fairly new since the renovation back in 2018 and 2019. As for the breakfast, would be great if you can let me know of your suggestions so that we can look into it for future enhancements. I can be contacted at (eam.bali@hardrockhotels.net). It would be much appreciated. We do hope you will stay in touch with our news and let us know if we can be of service for the next trip back to Bali in the future should you plan to experience us again. 带孩子去住了五天，地理位置很好，尤其是泳池区，只是可惜泳池的毛巾竟然没办法带回房间，从泳池到房间都快冷死

酒店对面就是库塔海滩，酒店外面也是就是热闹的大街，吃的按摩的都很多，酒店早餐很丰盛，泳池也很好玩，还能免费送一张照片：）

一切还是这么美好😊
特别推荐给家里有12岁以下儿童的家庭。
12岁以下儿童二人入住不加价，大人若用早餐或晚餐buffet 那么孩子们一起用餐无料。
今年菜色做了不少更动，觉得很惊艳 😉
旅馆位置也超优，不论你要去逛街：BeachWalk ,Discovery Mall
去水乐园Waterbom 都在步行15分钟可到的范围内 😊
下次造访Kuta ，一定会再来Hard Rock .

2) Yes we do have pick up service, it's IDR 220,000net/car (Toyota Innova)/way. Please contact our Bookings Department to book your car.

We have 22 cabanas around the pool and should you interested in booking one during your stay, it would be great to reach our team via email prior to your arrival as the demand is pretty high.
