我喜欢这家酒店。非常不错的地方。位置在中心位置，很适合游览Kuta，并开始你在巴厘岛内的旅行。水疗中心不错，里面还有游泳池。典型的适合亚洲人和欧洲人的食物。房间清洁很棒！！但最重要的是，漂亮、友好、迷人的女职员❤️□□□

我们在伊斯坦那拉玛酒店住了6晚。一切都很好，酒店员工都很好，特别是泳池酒吧的Endra。他很好，总是记得我的名字。房间很好，即使建筑很旧(反正我们的房间是一楼的房间)经典的巴厘岛风格(没有电梯，最好的选择就是一楼)。但大多数时候，我醒来的时候听到的都是手推车的声音，太吵了。他们应该换个轮子。水有点咸，但也还好。大房间里有平板电视和大衣橱，也是我未婚妻最喜欢的，我们总是被床上用毛巾摆的可爱的动物造型弄得很惊喜。餐厅不错。但是在早餐时间需要些更多不同的食物。我本来期待在早餐时间尝试些新东西，但我没有吃到。很标准化的食物。希望有一天我们能再来，住在伊斯坦那拉玛酒店

美丽的巴厘岛度假村。有很多地方可以闲逛。这里的房间不是典型的现代酒店的样子。有不错的游泳池和酒吧。虽然有些人会说它很旧，里面的设施也很过时，但我想说它很有特色，让人想起巴厘岛的旧日时光，那时度假村有很多空间，不那么拥挤。价格很有竞争力。与同价位的其他度假村相比，这里的房间要宽敞得多。酒店位于海滩前，交通便利。度假村旁边有一个购物中心，你可以很容易地买到所有的生活用品。

No, haven’t required to provide proof from March 2022 😃
I agree, book a Deluxe Ground floor room. The pool is more or less at the front of the hotel so you need to walk to the pool from accommodation. It’s an awesome hotel and I’m going back in August 🙏

We are sorry that you experienced that unpleasant feeling during your stay with us 25 years ago. Grand Istana Rama Hotel has Balinese traditional concept, but during these years we have gradually refreshed our building, garden, and all of rooms. As result of these finished refreshments & renovations, our guests will have more pleasant and comfortable feeling during their stay with us and so far there's no complaint related to spiritual encounter.
