这家酒店属于那种小型精品类型，无边泳池很美，适合拍照。房间挺大的，自带泳池，但水比较凉。两家人出行酒店贴心的给安排了联通房，前台的服务人员很友善，也很热情，有宾至如归的感觉。这次比较不满意的是餐厅里由两名服务员非常不礼貌，因为两个孩子吵闹而过来让我们保持安静，并且全程服务都是冰块脸，作为一名服务人员，你可以有更好的解决方法和说话的态度，这样的行为让我觉得餐厅人员很不专业。后来我们怕被服务员甩臭脸就在房间点餐了，另外这个酒店确实没有孩子玩的东西，所以亲子游的一定要慎重。抛开这俩服务员，其他的服务人员都很好，有求必应。餐厅出品不错，饭菜都挺可口，价格也合理。

酒店环境很好，服务人员基本上也都友善，食物也都挺好吃的。但是酒店提供的免费接送车到乌布皇宫的班车回来的时候居然没有告诉我们任何可以联系的到司机的方式，导致我们在等车的地方等了1个多小时，打电话告知酒店他们说另外派司机过来接我们，可是我们还是无法联系和见到司机，最后我们只能自己打车回来，到了酒店他们也没有表示任何歉意。还有退房时在路上碰到一位工作人员让他在上午10点过来帮我们搬行李，他答应了。结果到了时间没人过来，后来我们打了前台电话才派人过来。

We are really disturbed to know if some unexpected issues have disturbing your stay with us. However, your review was surprising us that such an unfortunate experience has happened to one of our valued customers. We can’t describe to you how sorry and shocked we are to know about this because it is not ordinary and these issues were not typical of us. 我和我妻子对我们在natya酒店订的房间感到非常满意。皇家别墅超出了我们的预期，物有所值。那里的风景非常好，工作人员也非常乐于助人且很友善。他们的温泉也出奇的好，我们在按摩的时候都睡着了。总之，我们真的很满意。再次感谢Natya酒店。我们一定会再来的。

工作人员都很可爱，住宿环境也很漂亮，整个环境很安静，很放松。游泳池也很干净，房间保养得很好。在纳提亚的日子里，我们都觉得被宠坏了。早晨散步穿过当地的村庄和梯田，感觉很棒，我们也很享受瑜伽。我们一定会回来的:)
