They’re not changing the bedsheet, even I asked they dont do it. You will get bad signal for your phone, their wifi is not working at all, the cabinet and desk are dusty and dirty, the staff is not friendly and polite. Hey Hastina Stylish Management, could you please pay attention to all of reviews from tripadvisor, booking.com and agoda? It is too bad if you’re not keeping your business right, because you have spacious room with affordable price and your location is great

Room: it’s design quite similar to Artotel Surabaya and quite spacious even for couples; prefer the first floor coz it has a backyard; Wifi: didn’t test yet; Breakfast: didn’t test yet, you can choose either to have breakfast or not; Staff: very helpful; It’s relatively new hotel, 10 minutes walk from Epicentrum, the largest mall in Mataram
