I'm used to low budget hotels and have seen them in many different countries in all kind of environments. So I've been in a few fantastic ones and a few worse ones but they were always at least ok. But the stay in the Airlangga was so bad I don't even know where to start. To give a few examples: It's totally dirty (full of dust, hair and bugs), the furnishing is very old and often broken aswell, it almost seems like the owner (we only met her)is trying to avoid helping us at any price and the surrounding is very loud (several cocks). These are a few general facts but I also need to mention an personal experience which perfectly describes the hotel: Our private shower was broken; after the first shower the floor was all flooded and all our stuff got wet. Of course we went to the owner and complained about our situation but instead of an excuse she asked if we caused the leak. After 5 minutes of discussion we got a new room which was smaller and dirtier. So instead of apologying the owner even downgraded our room. Poor service, poor furnishing, poor stay. Avoid!…

pertama menginap tahun 2010 diajak teman dan tidak banyak berubah sampai sekarang. tempat cukup strategis dan mudah mencari makanan, apalagi dulu lurus ke bandara selaparang. Bukan hotel modern, tapi asyik buat nostalgia hotel tahun 80-90an :) pemiliknya seorang pensiunan yang bersahabat, enak diajak ngobrol dan dapat dipercaya, Sayang ga ada roomboy, cuma beberapa pembantu yang kurang profesional tapi tulus membantu. over all, respek untuk pemilik hotel....
