他们并没有兑现图片中所承诺的。浴室里的水龙头很旧，房间很小，而且这家酒店的价格是这个地区最贵的。我们的钱花得并不物有所值。这里唯一好的就是服务了，食物还能过得去，很油腻，没有什么特别的。房间很旧，其外部没有空气调节设备，有两部电梯可以到达我们的房间，这个地方没有什么特别的，在这里花的钱不值。

I was sorry to read the experience you described. The hotel is not a new hotel. It is a classic hotel, reserved and maintained. The hotel Public areas are fully air-conditioned (but not in the corridors). we committed to culinary quality and variety - based on wellness and welling. , we merger it whit service. The hotel itself is one of the top hotels in the north, and so is its price. Some rooms are in the wings that need to be replace elevators. We recommend that you book a Deluxe or Garden Room next time.

酒店没有提醒你，这里的空调和电源插座仅在传感器检测到运动时才有用。晚上传感器检测不到运动了，空调自动关闭，我们睡觉时觉得很热，睡觉或者外出时，电子设备也不能正常充电。经理说很多酒店都是这样的。酒店有一个过载控制系统。我和老婆晚上都没有睡好。一晚上我花了350美元在这，简直是敲竹杠。我不推荐大家来定这家酒店。

I am sorry to read your review, you have been honored and have been treated very well during your stay with us. as we received your call about the AC, we found that it was working fine during your stay, all you had to do is lower the temperature, the AC stops after reaching the Temperature it's been set for and then starts again. That of course has nothing to do with the sensor, nor does it controls the sockets in the rooms. We have sent the maintenance to your room right after you have reqaset service and he saw together with you that you did not push the plug all the way that’s why your electronic device did not work. The only reason your room was put in override mode is so that the AC will work all the time even when you are outside traveling. we would gladly like to see you among as our guests in a future visit, with more relaxed and friendly attitude Sinceraly,

大堂和餐厅看起来都很好，但我认为房间一般，有点过时。对我们来说，最糟糕的是房间有点热，但没有空调。更糟糕的是，你不能在晚上打开滑动玻璃门，因为被灯吸引的昆虫会飞到房间里。玻璃门上没有纱窗，窗上的扣环也不够结实，不能把动物挡在外面。

Thank you for choosing to stay at the Rimonim Galei Kinnereth Hotel The hotel use central air conditioning system, we transferred from heat to cold 2 times a year. we are in the transition season, the system is central. The hotel is still operated by heating in the light of the rains and the stormy weather. I apologize for your stay at Tiberias stay on a special hot day. We transfer the heating system to its surface prior to April, depending on the weather. The location of the hotel on Lake Kinneret -on the water line. Indeed, during this season there are many insects in the air, until the end of the rains. This phenomenon is unique to all cities located on waterline .

There are blow dryers in the rooms, they do not have diffusers on them but work well. Standard European two prong plug works.
Yes, there are blow dryers. 3 prong adapters in rooms. Enjoy!
